SUHA JBR Hotel Apartments

Pros: Perfect location in the center of Dubai marina nearby beach. Tram stop in front of the hotel = 2 stops to metro. Very nice and pleasant hotel personnel. Supermarket and apotheke next to the hotel appreciated. Rich breakfests and dinners. Clean rooms, daily cleaning.

Perfect location to stay at Dubai.

Pros: We rented a car and had parking spot in a garage. Location was perfect, nice walks in the Marina. Beaches were also really close. People in Hotel were super kind and helpful. Room was bigger than we expected, with the nice view to Marina. We had breakfast and dinner included and both were plenty to chose for all 5 of us. Nothing fancy but very tasteful.

Pros: Marvellous location close to Dubai Marina and the beach. Very helpful staff in the reception. Located next to the hotel is a 24-hour open store, which was a huge plus.

Cons: The breakfast room is severely underdimensioned.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The two strongest assets of this hotel are its location and its staff. It is perfectly situated — close to both the beach and the marina, which makes it very convenient for guests. The employees truly go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to the breakfast and dinner team, especially Mr. Rlabish (apologies if I misspelled the name), Mr. Zen, and the others who took great care of us. The food was consistently good and tasty. The rooms were clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Nijan and Lakami, who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Considering the price-to-performance ratio, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Cons: Dinner was not always warm, this could be improved.

Will reconsider for our next Dubai stays

Pros: The location was fantastic, next to the marina and beach. Breakfast staff were wonderful so were the reception staff members. Housekeeping every day kept the apartment clean and tidy.

Cons: Some staples like salt, pepper, oil in the kitchen were missing.

Pros: We had a great stay at Suha JBR. We were a group of 8 people staying in a large apartment, and the description matched the reality perfectly. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Cleaning was excellent, and fresh water was provided daily. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty. The selection was a bit limited and repetitive, and the breakfast area is quite small, but the food quality was good and the staff were very attentive. The only downside was that some of the furniture and equipment in the apartment, including the wardrobes, felt slightly outdated. Overall, a very pleasant stay, especially for a large group. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay.

Pros: The view and the location were amazing, we were near to the beach and the metro. We thank Hasnaa and her catering team, the housekeeping team of Sanjib, Rabindra and Kalpana for their incredible work.

Pros: Suha Apartments was wonderful! The location is perfect, close to both the beach and the Marina. We were checked into a beautiful ground-floor apartment with a brand-new renovation and a smart home system. A huge thank you to the fantastic reception team for a warm welcome and the lovely fruit platter—a nice touch you don't always find even at 5-star hotels! The cleaning staff and breakfast team were also incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend to everyone! We will definitely be back.

Pros: Hotel staff are friendly. There is 24 hours super market adjacent to the hotel. Overall, hotel location is very good, there are alot of cafes and resturants nearby.

Cons: -I would highly recommend to change the lights inside the apartment to warm lights instead of white lights. This will enhance the overall experince. -Limited parking area.
