Pros: The view was amazing, the apartment was comfy and had plenty of space and most importantly it was clean.

Cons: The staff were terrible and extremely rude

Great view from luxery appartment

Pros: We loved the view from the balcony! Happy with the pool. It opens between 12-16. We could have stayed all day. Bed was really big and really comfortable. Contact with house manager was smooth. Supermarket under builing so easy. Location is near highway. Is noisy. For us no problem. But be aware if you are sensitive to noise

Cons: We saw pictures with double bedroom. We had the Chouch bed bed instead. No problem. But matrass was hard. Not so comforable. Floor really wet after showering. Be aware that hot water finished with 3 showers. First time the last person had a cold shower. Location is a bit off. No walking in the area. First time visiting Dubai we did not know. But everything dueable with taxi.

Pros: I would like to express my gratitude for staying in that hotel, specially for housekeeping manager Maria, who guide us and helping for solve all problems. The room was very clean and comfortable. Maria helping to solve all problems. Thank you so much

Cons: Its very hard to catch a sun on the water pool zone.

Pros: The tower and the apartment itself is very nice. With helpful guide, the stay is pleasant facing the wonderful city view.

Cons: The check in process could be a bit confusing.

Hotel gut, Personal schlecht

Pros: Die Lage war gut, der Ausblick genial! April war sehr nett und bemüht. Die Leute am Empfang sehr unfreundlich. Als am Morgen der Feueralarm los ging versuchten wir es mit einem Telefon an die Reception. Niemand ging ans Telefon und wir liefen vom 43. Stock das Treppenhaus hinunter. Im Zimmer neben uns kam Panik auf. Als wir unten angekommen sind, wusste niemand Bescheid, vielleicht eine Übung? Sogar Kopfschütteln von einem mussten wir entgegen nehmen 🙁.
