Wonderful stay in the heart of Dubai Marina!

Pros: We had an amazing time at this apartment – everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, we could feel how much thought and care had gone into every little detail. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic – right on Dubai Marina, with beautiful views and everything within easy reach. The building also offers great amenities: a clean pool and a well-equipped gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the wonderful host – she was incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort and experience. We felt very taken care of, and that made all the difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay. We would definitely come back again!

Despite the minor issues, I can definitely recommend this apartment.

Pros: We really liked the location - very close to the beach and shops. The apartment had kitchenware, toiletries, and all appliances were working properly. The view from the balcony was stunning.

Cons: It was quite noisy due to the hydroelectric station and the elevator, as others have mentioned, but earplugs help a lot. The pans and pots are very worn out. The pink poufs, pillows, throws, and some duvet covers had brown stains, which looked rather unclean.

Pros: The location was perfect for our stay. Close to the JBR beach (only 1 minute walk), with access to the famous JBR walk and within the vicinity of supermarkets which operate 24/7. The view on the balcony is breathtaking. The apartment itself is very clean and neat. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect apartment for families by all means, given the excellent amenities, perfect location and great host. And the host - very wonderful and responsive. She reached out and gave us all the details required prior to our check in, and continued to reach out during our stay to check if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay for a family or a group 😍

Pros: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION BABY!!! Want to be able to go to the marina and JBR? Just step outside, it's right there 😍 On top of that the apartment is beautifuly decorated. The view from the terrace is to die for! Abundance of twoles, toiletries, kitchen utensils. The hosting skills are on another level. We got a Christmas and New Year gift delivered. Such consideration, availability, and warmth! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️❤️❤️

Cons: The aircon can get a bit loud at night. The hi-low settings don't work, so it's not adjustable, we had to turn it off, and it became a bit stuffy.

Pros: Everything was of top standard, the decor throughout is lovely, clean and well maintained

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duży balkon z pięknym widokiem ma Marinę . Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Apartament dobrze wyposażany w akcesoria kuchenne.

Cons: Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji

Sehr schönes Appartement, Hochhaus insgesamt nicht so toll!

Pros: Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand! Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons: Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lifte haben teilweise nicht funktioniert. Eine Eingangstür war defekt.Swimming-Pool ist nicht so schön. Unten ist viel Verkehrslärm.
