Pros: The location is very good, the stuff helpfull, apartment big and clean with nice furniture.

Cons: The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom deformed badly, difficult to sleep. Washing machine very old, so not cleaning at all, we tried cleaning simple things-no luck(. Bathroom needs upgrading, water in the sink not draining well and overall old tiles and toilet. The deposit for apartment returns only after 14 days, although i stayed in other apartments in this building and they return immediately.

Strange access through the garage and no window in the second bedroom ( it is not a real bedroom for this type of qualit

Pros: Perfect location, very good facilities ( swimming pool, beach side, cafe, hotel on site with access etc ). Very fare discount for residents. Management company is responsive

Cons: Main access from the garage
