Pros: Good apartment in the JLT area, close to JBR beach (2 tram stops) and Dubai Marina. Metro station 550 m. The owner is very caring. We were lucky, the hostess allowed us to check in earlier at 3 pm and also check out an hour later. A very good thing is contactless check-in. We received the key ourselves according to the instructions sent by the owner. The wireless internet in the apartment is fast and stable. All kitchen appliances work well - microwave, stove, kettle, refrigerator, toaster. The apartment has a washing machine. The apartment is on the 21st floor and has a balcony with a good view. The building has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi on the roof. Two 24-hour shops nearby. There are many restaurants nearby.

Cons: The apartments are located on the main street, so there was constant traffic noise.

Pros: Very good apartment in JLT, near JBR and Dubai Marina. Owner is very caring. When we checked-in she asked if we need something. We asked for more towels and cups and next day all were provided. Very good thing is contactless check-in. We got the key ourselves according to the instructions sent by owner. Wi-Fi in apartment is fast and stable. All kitchen appliances work good - microwave, stove, kettle, fridge, toaster. Apartment has washing machine. Apartment is on high floor and has balcony with good view. The sofa in the living room folds out and you can sleep on it too. Building has swimming pool and whirlpool on the roof.
