Super host and great apartment at Burj Kalifa

Pros: The host is a great guy Very nice and reactive in all our requests at any time. Very accomodating person. The apartment is spacious enough for 3 to 4 persons and very well equipped in both the kitchen the bedroom and the bathroom. the small balcony is nice with a view on the residence’s garden. We love the swimming pool, clean and quiet with a safeguard and open from 7am to 10pm.. the gym room is great with lots of machines. Main Lobby and lifts smell always good. The reception staff is very professional and very nice, always pleasant The apartment is soundproof from outside besides the fact it is located on low level of the tower. The Loft west tower is 10mn walking distance from the Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station and taxis often available across the street in front of the Opera. A Supermarket is open 24/7 at 2 min walking distance. All these convenient points made our stay a great one even if we some technical issues that were quickly solved and compensated.

Cons: We love perfect cleanliness and upon our arrival it was not perfect but the host sincerely apologized and sent a cleaner so we appreciated it.

Excellent location and value

Pros: The location for mall, Burj fountains and metro stop are fantastic for the price. The guy running the property was excellent, let us drop our bags early whilst it was being cleaned and prepared so we could make use of our first day bag free.

Cons: Just 2 things, the kitchen tap was loose and the toilet seat was off one hinge. Everything else was great.

Perfect staying in Dubai with affordable prices.

Pros: The location is amazing, only a few minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The apartment is nice and the host is super kind and helpful. Ali adjusted our check-in and check-out times according to our flights and this made all the difference for us. We cannot thank him enough for that. The pool area is amazing by the way. We are totally recommending this place for all of our friends that will visit Dubai.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—very central and convenient, with so many things to do nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for families, and it’s also ideal for young adults or teens who can go out on their own safely without any worries. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location in Dubai

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The owner went above and beyond for us. When our GPS failed and we couldn’t find the building, he actually came out to the street to look for us and personally guided us all the way to the apartment door. He was also incredibly flexible with both check-in and check-out, asking what time was convenient for us, something I never experience before and truly appreciate. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic, very close to the Burj Khalifa and perfect for exploring Dubai. We felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai
