Beautiful 2 BR Apartment next to Opera I Burj View

Pros: Perfect location, very cozy, comfortable beds, suitable for 6 persons, perfect view to Burj khalifa and more. Near Dubai Mall. Also the contact people were so friendly and supporting.. We highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The SY Property team, especially Salamlino and Naseem were very professional.

Pros: The location is excellent. A short walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa fountain. A 24 hour supermarket is at the next building.

Cons: The respective aircon temperature control on each room didn't seem to work. It is probably centrally controlled in the building.

Pros: The location was excellent - literally across the road from Dubai Opera, and 5-10 minutes walk from Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped, and the views from the balconies were stunning - especially at night. There was free secure car parking which was useful as we’d rented a car for the duration of our stay.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like. It might have been useful to provide an information booklet re the facilities within the apartment block and near by (e.g. location and opening times of the gym and swimming pool, nearby grocery stores, restaurant recommendations, info around car parking etc). Also, the listing advert should make it clear that this is a 2 bedroom apartment (parts of the listing didn’t make this clear).

Pros: Loved every aspects of the apartment. Very spacious, well decorated, Didn't have iron and kettle so within the hour they provided brand new ones. Balcony has a great view of the Dubai Opera as it is direct opposite. Partial view of the Burj Khalifa. 8 minutes walk to Dubai Mall and within that to the Burj Khalifa. Lots of eating places opposite that I would have tried but didnt have the time to. Security wise felt very Safe. Very clean and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and drinks provided, Thankyou, was a nice touch.

Pros: Luxury Apartment Spacious Amazing Location Very Nice View Of The DUBAI OPERA,DUBAI MALL,And BURJ KHALIFA Easy Access to DUBAI METRO. A Very Nice Walking Path to Relax With Children And a General Movement for Health. I Can’t Wait to Visit This Beautiful And Magnificent Place again.

Cons: Absolutely Nothing at All.

Pros: Det lå super godt. Udlejer var meget behagelig at kommunikere med. Fin lejlighed med det du har behov for hvis ikke du skal bruge lejligheden til andet end at sove.

Cons: Det var en del mere slidt end billederne viste og især sengene i det værelse hvor der var 2 senge - der troede man grundet billederne, at de var en del større. De var meget små - dog lå Man fint i dem. Og der var heller ikke helt så rent som man kunne have ønsket.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Being so close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall opera dubai in front made our trip incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building facilities were excellent, including the pool and gym. The host was friendly, professional, and always available to answer questions. Would absolutely recommend for families, couples, or business travelers.

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de Dubai business bay avec le Dubai mall à 5 minutes à pied, la Tour Khalifa et la fontaine à moins de 300m Situé au 28ème étage nous avons été par Abdulsalam de l'agence qui gère l'appartement et excellente interaction avec Busra et toute l'équipe. Epicerie Géant à 50m restaurants pour tous budgets du petit déjeuner au déjeuner et diner ou des drinkd.La station de métro à 300 m mais avons préféré déplacements en taxi
