The location was unbeatable, although we were a bit disappointed some items that were advertised were not in the apaertm

Pros: The location was amazing. I was looking at other hotels around and I don’t think you can beat this location. I would definitely stay here again for that. Loved that they left garbage bags and washing machine tablets for us to use.

Cons: I was a bit disappointed there was no dishwasher or dryer like advertised. It was very hard to use the pull out clothes line as it was so so windy on the balcony and our clothes would just fly away and it was too big to put inside. Also, it was a bit inconvenient having no toilet roll holder and no towel rack in the toilet/bathroom.

Pros: Amazing view from the apartment, close to the beach, good transportation options. Easy check in. Pool in the building, pool towels included. Washing machine. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Balcony door need to be fixed, no hangers in the bathroom.

Pros: Very nice accommodation. The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished. Kitchen fully equipped. All the staff in the house were very kind, smiling. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the view. We spent a lot of time by the pool and also have nothing to complain about. In the apartment there were beach towels, towels, cosmetics, washing powder, jar, clothes dryer, iron...... We didn't miss anything. The location of the house is close to the public beach. The nearby area is full of shops, pharmacy,restaurants, MC. Marina mall is 5 minutes walk from the house. There is a main street below the house that has noise coming from it, but we didn't mind, we were happy to be in the center. The communication with the owner was no problem and fast.

Pros: The Apartment is a great size and in a very good location. Direct access to the marina walk from the building. We did the check in and checkout via the key box, without any issues. The bathroom has a tub and an included shower, you can find a washing machine in the kitchen, which came in very handy for us. Even washing powder was there, this was great. There is also a jacuzzi and a pool for the building as well as a gym, which you can use during your stay. We had a good time.

Great studio, just as described. Host never responded to my 3 emails asking for early check-in.

Pros: I collected the keys from a lock box outside the front door.

Pros: The location of the studio stands out as one of the best in the city, offering breathtaking views and proximity to the stunning spots in Marina Dubai and JBR walk area. It's an ideal setting for leisurely night walks along the Marina promenade, towards Ain Dubai, or lazy days on the nearby beach. The convenience of being close to public transport for exploring top attractions adds to the appeal, ensuring we'll consider returning in the future.

Cons: The enchanting views come at a cost, as a bit of noise from outside found its way into our room. While this might be bothersome for light sleepers, for us, the stunning vistas made it a worthwhile stay.

Pros: Great location, my second time staying in this apartment, and everything was perfect—top-notch! A huge thank you to Normy for the incredibly friendly check-out—it was beyond my expectations!

Cons: Чуть сломан замок, иногда была проблема открытия двери
