Pros: The view from the balcony and location are unbelievable!

Cons: The shower was outdated , not the best and would have loved a TV in the bedroom, but apart from that it’s lovely!

Excellent stay

Pros: This apartment is in a very convenient location. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The building is well maintained. The marina views are beautiful. The apartment is neat and modern. I will definitely book for my next trip.

Not bad but could use a little attention

Pros: Good location, about 15 minutes walk to JBR or the DMCC metro. Great view of the marina and the lit up towers around it. Apartment was sparsely furnished, but basically clean. Having a balcony was nice! Wifi worked well.

Cons: The apartment could use some TLC, it looks nice in pictures but feels a bit worn or neglected. Not bad, but lots of little things. For example: - the mattress feels like it's either cheap or quite old. - the toilet paper holder is broken. - the hand soap for the sink was watered down and almost empty in one bathroom, and no soap in the other. Watering down soap when charging over 150/night, really? - very few outlets available, plugging in or charging anything was a challenge. In addition, being asked for arrival and departure times a day or two in advance, multiple times, was annoying. In the end, we were accommodated with our timing, but it was unwelcome pressure to have to give a time in advance rather than just enjoying our day without a schedule.

Super Lage und schöner Blick auf den Hafen

Pros: Super Lage direkt in der Marina mit Blick auf den Hafen vom Balkon. Check in und Check out hat super funktioniert. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons: Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch das Gebäude und der Pool.
