Stunning Burj View from our Balcony

Pros: Booked the apartment for a work trip with colleagues and it was perfect. Located right in the heart of Dubai, with plenty of great restaurants just downstairs. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a stunning full Burj Khalifa view. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable, and the host was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Ideal for both work and leisure — we will definitely book again!

Excellent Stay in Downtown Dubai!

Pros: Excellent Stay in Downtown Dubai! Perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. The apartment is very spacious and comes with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. There are many great restaurants right downstairs, and Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: Loved the feel of the place, spacious, comfortable, lots of amenities available, and very, very clean. It's within walk-in distance from the centre of Dubai. Perfect view of Burj Khalifa. The host was super nice and was very gracious, especially as we took a little longer to arrive and was very understanding. Honestly, it's a really amazing place for family holidays. I definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Cons: Only con is traffic getting to the place or out. But that's no fault of actually accommodation, just observation from staying in such a central location. Plus, if you're a light sleeper, the noise during the night might be a no for you. Apart from that, no other issues.

Pros: I loved everything about the apartment, the perfect view of the Burj Khalifa, the walking distance to Dubai mall and fountain, 4 mins walk the the Wings of Mexico. It saved us a lot of money because everything was a walking distance, no need for a taxi. We enjoyed our stay, I hope next time we come back it will be available for us again. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The photos don't do justice to the apartment. I have a lot of videos of but I can't upload them. They are doing the justice 👌🏽 The apartment is really luxury 👌🏽

Spacious 2-bedroom with Burj Khalifa view, perfect location, and a super helpful host—10/10 stay!”

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The 2-bedroom unit was very spacious and spotless, with a stunning Burj Khalifa view. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, with plenty of restaurants right downstairs. The rooms were comfortable, perfect for both short and long stays. Most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and responsive, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai!

Great location near the mall, really spacious apartment and check-in was amazing

Pros: It's a very different building in the centre of Downtown which has greenery, spacious apartment and apartment has fabulous Burj khalifa view (It's so memorising to keep watching it.). The apartment was perfect for my family of 6 and fully packed with amenities. What really made the stay stand out was the outstanding service and smooth communication with Mohit, the host. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with everything just steps away-shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay with top service and one of the best views in the city.

Perfect Burj View

Pros: Unique stay, nice apartment and the Burj view made it special.
