Pros: Very nice, clean, spacious, modern, fully-furnished and comfortable apartment at Downtown Dubai! The location is excellent, very close to Burj Khalifa and next to Dubai Mall!

Pros: This property is located in the heart of Dubai. It is across from Dubai Mall and walking distance from many other attractions.

Cons: The parking is for only one vehicle even though we were told there would not be any problem parking two vehicles.

Awesome stay. Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Extremely friendly and helpful owner/caretaker. Supermarket very close and in the midst of restaurants and 800 meters from the Dubai Mall. Spacious and comfortable all for a very good price

Cons: Some lightbulbs could be replaced. Address dificult to find for taxis which the accomodation can’t help though. We used the heritage hotel as location which is 75 meters. Solved everyting

Pros: الموقع خيالي مقابل دبي مول وفي قلب البوليفارد حرفيا ما يحتاج تحركون سيارتكم ابدا ...الشقة نظيفة جدا ومرتبة وتنفع لعائلة صغيرة وفي باركنات ارضية مجانية متوفرة ... صاحب الشقة ما قصر معانا استاذ عبدالله كان متعاون جدا طول فترة الاقامة ما قصر معانا يرد على استفساراتنا ....والشقة تقع داخل كومباوند عائلي مرتب وراقي وانيق ....انصح فيها جدااا وخصوصا للعوائل جدا مريحة ..ثلاث غرف نوم وثلاث حمامات ومطبخ وصالة..::شكرا لحسن الضيافة Beautiful well furnished apartment great for family of 6 ... the location is the best in the heart of dubai bolivard and 4 minutes walking to Dubai mall...no need to use your car..the area is so active and the apartment is located inside a nice compound , with small shopping mall includes supermarket, ladies spa and massage , so many coffee shops and restaurants around..lovely area and the host Mr.Abdulla was amazing and very supportive..Thank You

Great place, just not luxury.

Pros: Host met us at near the location for which we were grateful. It would have been a bit difficult to find had they not met us, and they were great about staying in touch with us.

Cons: 15 years ago, it was probably a luxury apartment. It is not now. We enjoyed our stay, but the master bath is filled with mold. My wife is very sensitive to mold rendering the master bath unusable. We had to keep the door tightly shut to keep any mold out of the bedroom. Secondly, the front door jam has been forcibly opened, breaking the supporting wood making the \
