Charming Apartment in Downtown Just Steps from Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall by Bhavan Vacation Homes

Excellent location, spacious, very clean and helpful staff

Pros: Excellent location and close to everything, spacious very clean and what is need is available in the property special kitchen items

Cons: I was allowed to checked by 1pm instead of 3pm. Excellent service and very helpful staff special the reservation team.

Fabulous property with enthralling views

Pros: This fabulous apartment is located in the heart of the city, and about 8-10 min walk to Dubai mall. We enjoyed the 6-8 min walk to the fountains as well as the Burj. I enjoyed the apartment as it was immaculately clean, compact with one en-suite with walking wardrobe and bathtub, and one separate shower/toilet. The view from the balcony is spectacular :) Forte building 1 is extremely well maintained by its staff! They are very helpful 24/7. The reception area is large and accommodates many people.

Cons: The fire alarm went off on twice (once after midnight, and second one around 03:00 AM) on one day due to a technical problem which caused a bit of panic.. but was addressed very well by reception. Please make sure you know where the service elevator is.

Recomand.

Pros: Au fost conditii foarte bune, privelistea minunata, gazda a raspuns solicitarilor operativ. Recomand cu caldura.

Cons: Nu a existat lenjerie de schimb.

Great location, clean place, worth the price

Pros: The size of the apartment was good even for 3 people. All the equipments were available just missed the toiletaries, but they provided them within one hour. The location is so great you can walk to dubai mall through the pedestrian bridge in the next building. There is express supermarket down in the next building and they can deliver to you as well. Also i liked the view from the 37th floor.

Cons: Maybe if there were cleaning services available, it would be even better.

Geweldig!!

Pros: The apartment itself was so clean and easy to access.

Cons: There was a delay in our EARLY check-in, after 3 hours of booking we received the keys.

Pros: Amenities, swimming pool, facilities and definitely the location

Cons: Parking
