Affordable apartment with a great interior design and friendly staff.

Pros: Unique and very cool design, makes the other rented apartments in Dubai look boring. Building is in a great place in downtown Dubai and almost everything is close by. The staff is nice.

Cons: Can’t think of what we didn’t like.

Excellent stay with an amazing host, great cleanliness and service, a perfect location, and a stunning view.

Pros: Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the service was outstanding, and the host was extremely helpful and professional. Mr. Waleed is truly a wonderful person. The location is perfect—very close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall—and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Cons: The only downside was that the parking is a bit far and can be tiring to reach, but everything else was great.
