Home from home, aesthetic and welcoming
Pros: Fantastic location and super close to essential amenities such as a 24/7 grocery store, coffee shop and walking distance (15 mins) to Dubai mall! There’s a Pilates studio across the road which was great for me as I felt like I could pick up classes like I usually do at home There’s a pool with a fantastic view of the Burj khalifa and gym complex in the apartment blocks It was beautifully furnished with modern and aesthetic design, it smelt lovely and the quality of the furnishings was well throughout! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, he helped us with our bags at 5am and explained everything about the property in detail, we have 2 young kids and everything was set up for us in advance I.e sofa bed and travel cot! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It really was a lovely home from home experience and I would whole heartedly book again! There’s a reason it’s always sold out!
Cons: The WiFi was a bit slow but we had a WiFi dongle so this wasn’t too much of an issue for us!

Pros: The host was extremely helpful and attentive. He responded to all our messages instantly and always approached everything with a solution-oriented mindset, which made our stay much more comfortable. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully considered, and everything was spotlessly clean. Small but meaningful touches like extra towels and laundry capsules were much appreciated. We stayed for a total of 9 nights and truly felt at home. We mostly preferred to cook at the apartment, and the kitchen was well-equipped for that. During our stay, we also used the residence’s gym and pool – both met our expectation. The location of the apartment was excellent – you’re right in the city center. There’s a café just in the next building, and a supermarket is only a 3–4-minute walk away.

Pros: Very nice modern apartment in great location. The mall is 15 minute walk and lots of other restaurants and grocery store even closer. Well equipped kitchen and nice facilities overall including a nice small gym, pool and secure staffed entrance. Owner was very nice meeting upon arrival and quick overview of the apartment and building.
Cons: The bed was a bit springy and could use upgrade. Front door lock a bit tricky at first with using app but after a few times no problems

Pros: Apartamentul ca si in poze, curat, cochet ,confortabil si perfect pentru o sedere de cateva zile. Nu am gatit dar bucataria parea utilata complet cu tot ce aveai nevoie. Suficiente prosoape pentru o familie de 3-4 persoane. Foarte aproape (1-2 minute mers pe jos de restaurante si minimarket). Ideal ca in noaptea de Anul Nou sa vezi artificiile de la Burj Khalifa din fata blocului.

Pros: Отличная локация для посещения Халифы, молла, фонтанов. Удобная точка посадки/высадки для такси, небольшое расстояние до метро. В квартире всё необходимое, фен, стиральная машина, гладильная доска с утюгом, микроволновка, вместительный холодильник. Есть пара удлиннителей с usb-разъемами, но лучше запастись переходником для местных розеток. Возможность заказа всего необходимого курьером прямо до двери (сервисы Careem). Чистая постель, хорошая посуда с достаточными кухонными принадлежностями. В 100 метрах супермаркет Spinneys (дороговат, но всё необходимое есть)
Cons: Грязно в мусоропроводе у лифтов. Вопрос не к апартам, разумеется, скорее к администрации здания. Стараются оперативно убирать мусор, но когда гости на этаже оставляют 5-10 пакетов с мусором, даже на небольшое время - приятного мало...
