Pros: The property is really close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall

Pros: The apartment is super clean, the facilities are awesome. Our 10 y.o. son enjoyed the play station a lot. Sofa-bed is big and comfy. And master bedroom is also comfortable and beautiful. There is a pool in the building and a gym. The host was very kind and nice. Bath is very big. Kitchen is full of stuff. It was a perfect stay. Thank you very much! I'd specially recommend it for families with teenage kids.
Cons: The only thing that was not perfect is water pressure in the shower.

Pros: It was simply fantastic. The apartment was perfect, with every comfort, and the location was perfect and very central. The view was spectacular. I truly felt at home. Faiz was impeccable, a wonderful person who was available to answer any of my questions. I was truly delighted to meet someone like him. We'll definitely see each other again soon. Faiz you'are amazing, the apartment are beautiful, and my experience was wonderful , thank's for all.

A great place for a short trip to Dubai — and not only short ones!
Pros: Comfort, cleanliness, a perfect mattress, a huge bathroom, and all the amenities — just super! Many thanks to dear Faiz, who waited for me at the place for 3 hours (my flight was delayed, and baggage claim took forever). Perfect service, thank you so much for your care and help! The location is fantastic! I came for a concert at the Dubai Opera — it’s just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the mall. Cafés, shops, museums — everything is close by. A special wow for the view from the window and the chance to swim in the cool outdoor pool on the third floor of the building. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back here again!

Comfortable and great location
Pros: Fiaz our host was amazing. He was kind, friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff did a good job. The apartment had everything we needed. The cooking facilities were great, comfortable bed and lounge room. My son enjoyed the games. We loved the pool.
Cons: It was wonderful, some extra towels just to use at the pool would be good.

Quiet, Cozy Stay in Dubai.
Pros: The apartment is nice, quiet, cozy and clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive. There is a grocery store within walking distance. I liked sitting out on the balcony in the mornings when the weather is most pleasant.
Cons: Least favorite was the shower/tub. Too hard to get in and out of for older folks - which I consider myself. The tub is slippery and there's nothing to hold onto to get in or out. But, some people with smaller children would appreciate the tub for their little ones! No complaints really.

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, it was incredibly clean, felt very safe, and was perfectly connected to everything we needed. The location is truly unbeatable. A special shoutout to Faiz, who was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. He went above and beyond to help us, and we’re truly grateful to him. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Also, the swimming pool views at night were absolutely stunning!

Pros: The apartment is perfect. Very cozy,comfortable and clean. The location is 10/10. Th communication with the host was really easy. Faiz was great,smiley and friendly,he was waiting us on the reception and explain everything to us. I recommend highly this place if you want to have the best time in Dubai.

Unforgettable experience
Pros: One of the best holidays in my life. This was my first visit in Dubai and the choice of the property has played a crucial role as the location was great to explore the Downtown. All the experience was perfect, from the check-in with Faiz to the end. I really liked the flat itself but also the building and facilities as the receptionist and the pool. I fell in love with this place !
