A heartful and caring owner
Pros: Everything was clean, towels fresh, bed fresh, and enough toiletries for the entire stay.. we had some issues in the beginning, and the toilet paper was damaged by water coming from another apartment, and the owner ordered us within five minutes a whole bunch of toilet paper it was insane. Also, when I mentioned that the beds are not comfortable with the owner immediately cared about it and gave us a new mattress and toppers.. we also got a Gift for the inconvenience! Sami is an amazing host, who cares first about his guests and their well-being to make them having a nice time! I absolutely recommend this place cause it’s much better than a hotel and the location is amazing.
Cons: Water was flooding, and the sofa bed was absolutely not comfy, but the owner already announced to change it! All fixed!

Pros: Nice, clean Apartment, well equiped, it had everything we needed. Slippers, enough toiletries were also provided. Close to Marina harbour. I also liked the swimming pool. The host is very friendly. Thank you, Sami.

Our stay was absolutely delightful and exceeded all expectations!
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay in these apartments! Everything was perfect: from the communication with the manager, Sami, who was incredibly responsive and professional, to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the apartment itself. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Carrefour, Dubai Marina, and the beaches. The availability of parking was a great bonus, and the face control system added convenience and security for entering the building and parking area. The apartment is stylish, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and we’d gladly return!
Cons: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have just a couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great to replace the soap bars in the bathroom with a liquid soap dispenser for added convenience and hygiene. Additionally, please check the functionality of the balcony doors locks to ensure they are working properly. Thank you!

Pros: This host truly stands out for your attention to detail and dedication to guests' needs. Good value for convenient stay
Pros: Spacious and with all that is needed inside. Very comfortable bed, the sofa not so much, but good overall. Sami is very helpful and quick responsive.
Cons: Is not about the property, but is good to now that in the area are buildings under construction, 24h/7. For those sensitive at noise I recommend earplugs, even if the apartment has good noise isolation. Not close to metro station, which is difficult to get to anyway, due to road works.

Pros: Очень хорошая квартира, чистая, ухоженная, большая, фото соответствуют. Очень приятный в общение сотрудник, дом находиться рядом с началом прогулочной улицы Марины, рядом супермаркет, кафе, остановки трамвая и автобуса.

Apartamento con buena ubicación y agradable decoración para unos días en Dubái.
Pros: Decoración, amplitud de los espacios y ubucación. Hubo un problema con la ducha y lo solucionaron el mismo día. Comunicación eficaz siempre atentos a que estuviéramos bien.
Cons: La entrada al edificio la están arreglando y no era agradable la entrada, la ducha tuvo no estaba impecable. El sofá cama no era cómodo, para un par de días bien pero si es para más días no sé esta a gusto.
