Great Value, Convenient Location

Pros: Great price, comfortable bed. Convenient to metro, Marina, JBR, Media City, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Has pretty much everything you need. We didn't investigate the pool or gym areas, so can't really comment on that. Hosts quickly fixed a plumbing issue, and were also very accommodating when we extended our stay (twice!). Quiet building, friendly security guards.

Cons: The things we didn't care for were mostly due to external factors... Difficulty getting in and out of the parking due to road blocks, and having to enter through the parking exit because of renovations in the lobby. UPDATE: I paid a deposit directly to the property and have still not received a refund 6 weeks later. While communication was good during my booking and stay, they have now gone very quiet and have not replied to any of my messages.
