Prime Spacious 5 plus 1 BR Apt on JBR Beach near Metro

Pros: Great location if you want to be in the hearth of JBR.

Amazing stay, facilities and location

Pros: Owner is nice, she prepared something for us because of christmas. Amazing rooms, very clean and facilities are complete. Location is great, near the train too. Carrefour is just around the building which is very helpful. Will be back again and recommended property for a big group.

Cons: Swimming pool are very cold, we didnt enjoy. We got lost in the parking lot even the owner gave me instruction haha but after 15 mins we are able to managed to get the key on the room.

Pros: The appartment was perfectly located for access to JBR beach and all the restaurants on JBR Walk. There was also a choice of 4 swimming pools throughout the complex and a supermarket close to the entrance to the building. Sanaz and Sheyma were great hosts and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Great stay at a clean & spacious apartment near the beach.

Pros: Our second time staying here, we booked it for a trip with some friends. Very clean apartment in a prime location a few steps away from the beach and close to everything you could need! The host and staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to us.

Pros: The location is perfect! It is very near at the Walk and the beach. My son loved it so much he did not want to go home anymore. It's near the restaurants and grocery store, everything is very accessible.

Cons: The AC could've been colder but it's understandable coz of the heat in Dubai.

Life on the Beach ⛱️

Pros: The location is amazing. Next to the beach, restaurants, walk, Cenima and the famous Palm Jumeirah with its 5 stars hotels with top restaurants. The place is new and very clean. Excellent hygiene and facilities like swimming pool and gym. I enjoyed the evening walk at JBR and the sunset. Choice of food is plenty and also you can get groceries delivered to the apartment. Taxis are available 24/7 and the host is very helpful.

Managed to meet up with family but uncomfortable.

Pros: Location, washer dryer, spacious kitchen and large fridge

Cons: Small bathrooms, not really accessible, did not accommodate the number of people offered on the website. Kitchen did not have enough equipment, beds are very poor, facility over used and not modernized.

Nice location very near to JBR beach, restaurants, groceries and shop. Hosts are accommodating and will response immedia

Pros: The location, very near to JBR beach, restaurants and shops. There are 6 bedrooms including the maids rooms which is recommended for big groups & families. The host is really acommodating & friendly.
