Pros: Location Facility Spacious Spectacular view over the GBR & the palm

Cons: 1- The receptionists are loos in allowing people not residing in the residence to come in. I had an incident where a stranger knock on my door at 5:30 am!! insisting that his friend resides in the same apartment. After a long story we found that he work in a saloon who does an outdoor service!!!! (But at 5:30 am ??!!) & he had a wrong room number given to him by another guest. Here the question is why the receptionist allows people to come in without calling the guest in the apartment and asks his permission? 2- The company representative whom you rent the apartment from, although he is helpful and kind, is available only from 9 am till 7 pm or so. If you have an issue which needs to be solved late at night or early in the morning, it’s difficult to get hold of him because the communications are all on Whatsup, they are not taking the direct call outside those times?!! I face that in the issue above (No.1)

Pros: Appartement de qualité, très confortable, propre, avec un balcon, une tv connectée de haute qualité pour l'utilisation de Youtube, une machine à expresso essentielle pour les amateurs de café à l'européenne, etc.

Cons: Sur le balcon, la vue n'est pas la meilleure (terrain vague). Derrière la location, se cache manifestement une grande société. Business rules. Ce n'est pas vraiment chez un particulier. Dès lors, on peut parfois être confronté à un manque de souplesse lors de demandes spécifiques. La qualité est là, mais l'organisation est un peu rigide (caution etc.)

Pros: Appartement de grande qualité et de standing. Tout confort avec tv connectée et bon wifi, deux salles de bain. Les excellents produits d'hygiène et la machine pour les expressos sont des avantages remarquables.

Cons: Le fait de devoir payer pour un check-in tardif (on se demande vraiment pourquoi alors que personne ne doit travailler et qu'il y a un boîte sécurisée pour les clés???), le fait de devoir verser une caution et l'absence de facilités de consigne sont des désavantages empêchant la perfection.

Pros: Uitstekend bed Goede douche Geweldige locatie Eenvoudige in- en uitcheck Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Cons: Er hangt een muffe, vreemde geur (maar ze hebben wel een geurverfrisser voorzien) Ramen zijn niet proper waardoor het uitzicht wat verstoord wordt (maar dit is te begrijpen aangezien het quasi onmogelijk is deze elke keer te wassen)
