Nice Stay with Incredible Balcony Views

Pros: Great location, around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The views from the balcony were truly breathtaking. The host was welcoming and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth.

Cons: The apartment would have benefited from a more thorough clean. It was generally clean, although not quite spotless, particularly regarding the kitchenware. Several mugs were left with coffee marks, and the toaster showed obvious signs of previous use, with crumbs still inside. A used bar of soap was also found in the shower room. The water pressure was rather weak, which made showering less comfortable.

Exceptional service with good location

Pros: Perfect location just 18 min walk from Dubai mall fountains. It was nice and clean. Mahmud was extremely welcoming and was accommodating with requests of midnight check in.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay with our family. The location was perfect – only a 15-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, and we enjoyed an amazing view of it from the balcony. Pros: What you see on offer via booking will wait for you. Everything was great especially night view from bedroom or balcony. Very clean apartment. Extra comfort bed for sleeping. You have everything you need for short or long stay.(even adapters for chargers😉). Not to forget communication with Mahmoud clear and clean. Thanks again.

Pros: NIce & confy apartment with stunning view. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathroom each. Very nice contact with owner & representative.

Cons: Maybe one page instruction how to handle back door code, gas valves etc would be helpfull for beginners :-)
