Lovely affordable apartment with a stunning view

Pros: The beautiful view of Dubai and the cleanliness and cost

Cons: No available space to keep luggage prior to check in

Location location, and surprisingly larger apartment.

Pros: Location and size of the apartment, it was bigger than we expected.

Cons: Could’ve been more toiletries for more than a two night stay. Otherwise it was great. Clothes washing powder was missing also.

Easy, fantastic stay

Pros: Location was fantastic and easy to find. Easy access to the metro which makes moving around easy. The apartment was spacious and cozy. The place was very clean. The hosts were friendly and made our check-in easy.

Cons: If it's self-service, please provide dish and laundry detergents. It doesn't make sense for me to purchase these items while I'll only be there for a few days but I need to be able to do a little cleaning

Safe place/hotel apartment to stay with the staff at the reception

Pros: City center, safe place. Big comfortable rooms, lot of bathrooms. Staff were friendly, nice.

Cons: Dishwashing machine was not functional during our stay. The lamp beside the bed was not working.

Overall it was lovely stay

Pros: The location was really good and just 20 minutes walk to dubai mall , the property was big enough and all 3 bedrooms had bathrooms . Overall it was good

Cons: I wonder it can be clearer and the sofa in the living was not good the cutlery can be better and blankets in the bedrooms

Pros: Fantastic location. Very clean. Extremely spacious. Staff very helpful. Nice pool, very clean and with lifeguard. Excellent air conditioning and brilliant WiFi.

Cons: The single toilet was smelling of bad drainage/ sewage which was reported early into our stay (so bad the odour seeped under the door). Was advised it would be undertaken within 2 days but nobody arrived so it was left for the next guests! A constant leak from a water hose in the twin bedroom was also reported but not investigated. Beds not very comfortable and I have spinal problems so difficult to sleep, also the pillows need replacing as definitely seen better days.. It’s such a lovely apartment that it’s a shame it could not have a thorough redecoration as tired looking in kitchen particularly. Light bulbs didn’t work on 2 lamps, just trivial but needs a mention.

Pros: The apartment located near city center. From windows we could see the Burj Khalifa. There are 6 elevators which is moving very fast. Rooms are clean. There are two bathrooms with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Comparing with price and comfortablity it's good offer. Very friendly personal.

Cons: Received deposit back after 6 days

Pros: Swimming pool wasn't working while we was there but they found alternative a short taxi ride away

Great stay!

Pros: I had a great stay in Exquisite Dubai’s urban living! The place was incredibly spacious and spotless, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro and supermarkets nearby. However, a few small improvements could enhance the experience. Basic cooking ingredients like salt and sugar were not provided, and there was no water refill station in the common area. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process could have been smoother. Despite these minor issues, it was a fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it for its cleanliness, space, and convenience!
