Zaman made our stay extremely pleasant by being available to assist in anything and everything 24/7. Thank you Zaman
Pros: It’s walking distance away from the mall and the fountain. Infinity pool overlooks the city and the services provided are in spot.
Cons: Pool closure hours are too early. It becomes unavailable at 7 pm. Small kids pool is made for babies really so if you want your 5-8 kids swimming you have to be inside the big pool with them all the time. Although safe guards are there but with kids aged 5-8 the whistle blows every other second for something not being allowed. Blow up floats, not allowed. Little one (6 year old)tries swimming in jacuzzi instead because it’s the acceptable depth for him-not allowed. Hence, too little to be in big pool with his siblings (though he can swim). He moves apart from siblings in big jacuzzi that’s appropriate depth for him- not allowed . We get the floating aid, not allowed once again in the big pool. He gets sent to kids pool and once he notices it’s for babies in terms of depth ends up crying in disappointment thinking that he isn’t allowed anything. Got approached too many times by the same guard telling him he ain’t allowed basically anything. So unless you are willing to stay in water the whole time, you can’t really fully relax with kids. If you are kid free, however, this place is ideal for you.

Pros: The apartment was very neat and comfortable. Zaman contacted me before I was in Dubai, he was very attentive, we were able to enter the house even though we arrived before check-in time. Special thanks to Zaman for such a great attention and responsibility. The balcony of the apartment is large and the weather is great in the evenings, so it is a pleasure to watch the view from the balcony in the evenings. In addition, the residence, the facilities there and most importantly the pool on the 64th floor were very good. We had a great time.

Pros: Apartament jest na 29 piętrze. Basen na tarsie na 64. Wielkość apartamentu, szeroki i długi balkon z wyjściem z każdego pokoju, widok z balkonu. Wyposażenie apartamentu w sprzęt AGD i RTV, drobne przyrządy jak suszarka na ubrania i deska do prasowania, parownica. Była możliwość korzystania z hulajnogi. Lokalizacja genialna, spacerem na fontanny ok. 15min, w pobliżu sklepy i piekarnia. Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktu z gospodarzem.
Cons: Główny basen nie był podgrzewany. Ale dzieci kąpały się w ciepłym brodziku. Czystość szyb zostawiała wiele do życzenia. Smugi. Apartament wymaga drobnych napraw, sufit w łazienkach (odpada tynk) krany należy przykręcić do blatu, bo przy okręcania wody jest nie stabilny. Totalnie nie potrzebne w wyposażeniu dywaniki w łazience, szczotka do wc powinna być wymienia wraz z nowym wynajmującym. Zmywarka miała nie przyjemny zapach (jak długo jest nieużywana i zamknięta).

Overall is still very good.
Pros: Location was good , 15mins walk from Dubai Mall. Host Zaman was very helpful and easy to approach.
Cons: Guidance of how to use the stove , washing machine would be better. Noise blocking between rooms and lounge is not that good.

Rooftop Pool
Pros: La piscina sul rooftop è stupenda, c'è un bar e ristorante. È possibile consumare anche la colazione a bordo piscina ma è necessario prenotarla al Bar Malibu 24h in anticipo. La casa è accogliente, vista del Burj Khalifa dal balcone.
Cons: La pulizia nei dettagli potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale era sfondato su un lato.

Excelente apartamento!
Pros: Zaman foi muito atencioso, a hospedagem é bem confortável, bom custo x benefício, apartamento amplo, com todos os utensílios, tem uma bela vista da cidade, da sacada da para ver o Burj Khalifa. Na Cobertura tem uma piscina excelente, com uma linda vista para o Burj Khalifa. Caso queira tomar café tem a opção de pagar a parte. A Localização é ótima, próxima a Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, tem vários comércios perto. No apto tem toalhas de banho, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, o que precisar tem. O apto estava muito limpo. Zaman sempre pronto a atender, o que precisava ele ajudava. Essa hospedagem me surpreendeu positivamente, recomendo de olhos fechados!
