Wonderful Marina Views and Location, Very Much Recommended.

Pros: This is a lovely little studio directly located on the Marina and Marina Walk. The location is superb. 5 mins walk to Marina Mall and direct access to shops and restaurants. There is a fabulous view from the balcony. We specifically chose accommodation with a furnished balcony as that what we enjoy and we spent many happy hours using this one. The studios in this building are compact but the owner here has made very good use of the space and it is perfect for a couple. I think the pool is also worth a mention as very often in Dubai this can be quite small with not too much room for sunbeds, the pool in Marina Views is lovely and spacious and also has direct views via a glass wall onto Marina Walk. We have previously stayed in a studio here in this block and were disappointed, but this one we will happily stay in again and look forward to returning to soon.

Cons: I only had a slight niggle with a few housekeeping issues. Sometimes unless flagged by a guest the owners would be unaware. These were very minor issues involving light bulbs needing replacing and the clock needed a new battery. The stove is a little old but I had no use for it anyway. The bath drained very slowly and could use a dose of drain buster. I communicated this to the owner so they were aware. I still would not let these minor issues put me off staying again.

Pros: Das privat vermietete Studio besticht durch seine zentrale Lage – nur 5 Gehminuten zum JBR, 7 Gehminuten zur Marina Mall und direkt an der Dubai Marina. Der Tower selbst ist in Ordnung, auch wenn er nach 15 Jahren nicht mehr dem gehobenen Standard entspricht. Der Pool ist okay, allerdings gibt es nur kurz Sonne auf einem Teil der Poolterrasse. Das Apartment im 18. Stock war sauber, übersichtlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und ist sehr freundlich. Er hat auch die Check-In Zeit von 15 auf 14 Uhr ermöglicht. Kleine Anmerkung: Bitte den Safe austauschen und gut verankern, der Vorhandene war nicht funktionstüchtig und der übermittelte Code hat nicht funktioniert.

Cons: Allerdings fiel der unfreundliche Service an der Rezeption auf – sie waren nicht fähig, bei Abreise um 5:30 Uhr morgens ein Taxi zu rufen. Man musste sich selbst zur Straße begeben und eines suchen. Zudem gibt es kaum Sicherheitskontrollen, jeder kann die Stockwerke erreichen, der Zugang mittels Zimmerkarte ist nicht mehr aktiv und man kann ohne Kontrolle den Zugang passieren. Insgesamt bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack bei der Qualität des Services. Wichtig zu erwähnen: Der Vermieter hat darauf keinen Einfluss, da dies außerhalb seiner Verantwortung liegt.

Pros: Lokalizacja w samym centrum Mariny z fantastycznym widokiem z balkonu. W pobliżu restauracje i kilka sklepów. Niedaleko metro. Plaża kilkanaście minut spacerem.

Pros: Уютная маленькая студия с прекрасным видом. Очень комфортно. Много мелочей создающих уют. Как дома.

Pros: Vsetko bolo uplne super. Krasne ubytovanie na dokonalom mieste. Akurat sme dost bludili kym sme sa dostali na spravnu adresu malo znacene ale inak dokonale
