Pros: This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Dubai! The location is fantastic—right next to the metro station, a mall, and plenty of restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. For the price, this is truly one of the best deals you can find in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location is very convenient, being in close proximity to the marina. The hosts were extremely helpful and courteous, and the facility was quiet and clean. The ease of access to the metro is an added bonus. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

Cons: I am experiencing an issue with the hot water supply.

Absolutely amazing and comfortable stay.

Pros: The host was amazing. She always checked in on me to make sure everything was fine. We had one issue, but was resolved immediately. Very friendly and professional. I would rent with her and in this building again for sure. Thank you so much Tala and I look forward to my next rental.

Cons: The weather...lol
