Great location near burj Khalifa

Pros: Location is amazing. 8 min walk to dubai mall and 5 min walk to burj Khalifa

Cons: The check in process was a bit underwhelming. As it's an apartment in a branded building the owner had to be there while you check in and we had to wait 40 mins for check in

Highly recommended. Ideal for a week's stay. Location 10.

Pros: Excellent. At reception they called the host and he came in 15 minutes, although we arrived later than expected, at 2 am. Location 10. Cleanliness, 10. The pool 10. The staff everywhere 10.

Cons: The combination of the switched lights. Depending on how you turned them on and off, it was a bit confusing. For everything else a 10. Very good value for money.

Pros: Amazing apartment with the most comfortable beddings. The bathrooms are stunning. the tower is very well maintained and the pool view is just stunning. Overall amazing stay and very very comfortable.

Cons: Communication was kind of with a delay and not really pro customer focused. Didnt reach out to me pro active. I asked for early check in received an answer after some time that I will be informed the day of arrival. Of course, no contact. I asked again with a negative answer. Once arrived we had to wait 30 minutes for the person to arrive.

Pros: Very Nice place , clean and really convenient location. Top équipements and services. Very best place to be in Dubaï. Will be back soon for sure ! Recommend 100% ….

Modern new appartments in Downtown of Dubai

Pros: Absolutely amazing new appartments. Very comfortable location. Address residencies is modern and high serviced. Very clean in all building. Owned parking place. Special thanks to Isaac, he is very attentive and professional!

A solid 9 out of 10, an excellent six nights stay with the family

Pros: - Mr. Hassan was great and helped us with our luggage and questions. He's a superstar, thank you very much! - Super fast check-in and check-out with no hassles at all. - Clean and tidy, no smells or issues. - Cutlery and equipment such as for cleaning, washing, drying are available. - Underground car parking. - 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall

Cons: - No early check-in even if it was 1 hour earlier, but it is fair as it is written in their rules when booking. - Car parking card didn't work, had to press the button and talk to security for both going in and out (which was strange). - Views are just of other buildings, but it wasn't important to us. - Needs a little more touches to get a 10 out of 10 such as liquid soap next to each wash basin/kitchen and complementary bottles of water, etc. - Internet Wifi signal is weak in the main bedroom and often disconnects or disappears. - Both bedroom TVs do not have cable, the smaller bedroom you could use the internet to access YouTube/Netflix,etc, however in the main bedroom, due to the weak Wifi is has nothing. You could cast to it though from your smart device - Perhaps the location has changed their access rules recently, but I had to use the key-card to go to the parking, otherwise the elevator button would not light up. When checking out, I had to go down, take my car up and park it next to the residence (the concierge team are 5 stars, top class fellows. Very respectable and friendly), go up to the room and place them on the table for the team.

Pros: The place was clean, we asked for early check in and they accepted. Aisha was very nice and helpful. The area was great, very close to Dubai Mall.
