The coziest apartment in Dubai
Pros: Super unusual design, modern building in the center of the city with amazing swimming pool. Parking space reserved for guests. Apartment was clean, well-staffed and very cozy. Surely playstation and game table available, I really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing!
Pros: So, this apartment is simply amazing. It's a concept, a decor I've never seen elsewhere. It's beautiful, stylish, super clean, and truly comprehensive. It's perfect for an incredible time as a couple or with friends. I loved it and I'll be coming back soon! It's the best value for money I've had the chance to experience. Well done!

Pros: Останавливались семьёй из 4 человек с детьми 10 и 13 лет. Встречали новый 2026 год. Дети сказали, что это был их лучший новый год - потому что тут есть PS5, бильярд и игровой автомат. Апартаменты находятся в пешей доступности от Бурж Халифы. Нам было комфортно, несмотря на небольшую площадь. Единственное раздражало, что на вопросы отвечает AI, а не человек. Ещё хотелось бы цену поменьше, конечно) Но надо понимать, что это была новогодняя ночь и в непосредственной близости к главной достопримечательности. К апартам прилагается парковка и мне помогли поставить машину раньше времени заселения. Я ни разу не пожалел, что выбрал эти апартаменты для новогодней ночи. Итак: апарты комфортные и хороший сервис. Спасибо!

Pros: Ne-a plăcut faptul ca am avut toate utilitățile necesare atât la bucătărie cât și la baie. La baie a fost necesar sa cumpărăm șampon și gel de dus deoarece am stat mai multe zile și am avut doar acele mini samples.. Copiii au fost încântați și s-au bucurat de variatiunile de jocuri entertainment testandu-le pe toate 😊.
Cons: Nu pot spune ca mi-a displacut ceva.

Overall, it was a decent stay.
Pros: The owner was very polite and always responded quickly to the issues we faced. The play equipment and recreational facilities were excellent, and both my daughter and we really enjoyed them. . The location itself was also good, with just a 10-minute walk to the metro.
Cons: However, the location information on Booking was not accurate. It should have mentioned Ahed Residence instead of Capsule Flora. We had to drive around several times to find the suite, and even the lobby staff did not know it belonged to the Ahed building. If it hadn’t been for a helpful neighbor who recognized the building from the photos, we might have kept circling.

Séjour exceptionnel, expérience inoubliable
Pros: Un logement unique et ultra-équipé 🎮🎱 avec PlayStation 5, game arcade, billard et home cinéma ! Emplacement parfait à Business Bay, avec une vue magnifique sur Burj Khalifa 🌆. L’appartement est propre, moderne et super confortable. Piscine accessible 🏊♂️ et hôte très réactif. 🔥 Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande à 100% !

Bom apartamento, problemas com o agente
Pros: O apartamento é exatamente como as fotos, moderno, limpo e confortável.
Cons: O contacto que tivemos com o agente infelizmente deixou muito a desejar. Só falava francês, inicialmente não me atendeu as chamadas, tive de entrar em contato com o apoio ao cliente do Booking para pedir ajuda e também não tiveram resposta da parte do alojamento. Mais tarde quando consegui foi complicado devido à barreira linguística. Ela não estava a receber o formulário com os nossos dados apesar de o ter submetido 7x e de ter explicado isso. Pois sem ela fornecer os nossos dados à receção do prédio, não nos era permitida a entrada. Não me arranjou solução nenhuma para poder enviar os dados. Até que tomei a iniciativa de enviar por email. O apartamento reservámos para 4 pessoas mas não tinha loiça para todos. Apenas para 2 pessoas, se calhar era um ponto a ter em atenção

Pros: O espaço era exatamente como nas fotos. Produtos de higiene todos incluídos e as diversões foram além das que estavam mencionadas. O meu filho adorou e mencionou este o melhor alojamento por onde já passamos. A responsável é muito simpática e prestável. Obrigado
Cons: A segurança à entrada do alojamento.. dirigi me às senhoras por 2x e foram antipáticas, parecendo que me estavam a fazer um favor. Foi necessária a intervenção dos senhores para que fosse esclarecida.
