Very nice place with perfect location for metro and marina. Host is extremely nice helpful and polite.

Pros: Nice location and view, easy access to the metro. Host was very polite.

Cons: There was a water leakage in the apartment above, otherwise fine.

Pros: Had an amazing stay overall! The property is at a prime location just a minute's walk from metro station at the heart of Marina. The host was very accommodating for my requests and went out of the way to help me with my stay and time in Dubai. Perfect for any kind of business/leisure stay when visiting Dubai.
