Pros: Beautiful sandy beach, as building is beach front. amazing beach club downstairs and pools, excellent location, its middle of jbr, all shops restaurants and cafes and bars are on door step. apartment itself is very nice, high end interior, and stunning views of palm, sky diving and sea. very clean apartment. its perfect beach holidays place, really enjoyed it, love to stay again, staff been very nice, thnx to them. i will definitely recommend this place for family holidays,

Pros: Very nice beach front apartment with great amenities and breath taking views of sea, private beach, pool, beach club are amazing. apartment is very nice and well decorated. location is middle of jbr, all shops and restaurants are on door step. staff very nice and polite, really enjoyed the stay, highly recommended place for beach holidays.

Pros: Views of palm and sky diving from apartment are amazing, its beach front apartment with nice private beach and pools and beach club, COVE BEACH is amazing we had great time there. apartment is really modern and stylish. Building is new as well. location is very central its middle of jbr, all restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are on door step. you really dont need to travel some where else. so much to do, we really had great time. love to stay again. host and staff are amazing, so friendly and polite.

Pros: Apartment is WOW, breathtaking sea, palm and sky diving from apartment’. Apartment itself is very clean, modern and stylish, It’s beach front building and middle of Jbr. Everything was on door step. Amenities are great, pool, private beach and beach club is awesome. Host and staff very professional and helpful. Highly recommended

Beach Front Stay
Pros: This is my first experience to say on beach front apartment which was amazing. building is on beach front, apartment was very clean and stylish. brand new building, beach is amazing, they have co beach club, one of the best beach club i ever been. building is middle of jbr walk. all restaurants, bars, shops, on steps away. its surrounded by five star hotels. staffs and host are really nice. really enjoyed the stay cant wait to stay again.

Pros: Stunning sea and palm views from apartment with very stylish interior. building is sea from with with beach front, location is very central every thing is on walking distance, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, on foot steps. beach clubs was amazing, staff and host both very nice and professional, enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking views of palm jumeirah, the sea, and skydiving activities. The apartment was impeccably clean and stylish, offering a delightful ambiance. The building itself is located right on the beachfront, featuring a pristine white sandy beach and an inviting beach club called Cove Beach. I had a fantastic time during my stay. Situated in the heart of JBR, the building is brand new and conveniently positioned with everything at your doorstep, including numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and shisha bars. It's surrounded by five-star hotels, enhancing the luxurious experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the host was very responsive and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Apartment is WOW, soon we walked in it was amazing more then we saw in pictures. Breath-taking sea & palm and sky diving views from apartment, very clean and modern apartment, building is brand new on sea front and middle of jbr, every this is on door step. lots of restaurant, bars, cafes, shops in surrounding. beach is amazing with white sand, covbeach is amazing beach club which is part of building. staff is nice, host was amazing, very friendly and responsive. we had great stay love to stay again, i will definitely recommend this apartment
