Great apartment, Great Higuests customer service

Pros: We spent a week in this apartment rented from HiGuests. The apartment and its view are clearly visible in the photos, so I won't elaborate – it's exactly as seen in the photos. I'll devote more time to describing the rental process. The quality of service is top-notch, with active support available 24/7 via WhatsUp. The entire check-in and arrival process is easy, straightforward, and transparent, even for a novice traveler. The apartment is clean, equipped with all amenities, and has efficient, quiet air conditioning. I recommend it to everyone. I'm surprised by some of the poor reviews. I don't see how they could be HiGuests' fault; I'm more likely to blame a misunderstanding of the offer or the traveler's incompetence.

Perfect place to stay in Dubai

Pros: Really great location, the apartment itself was lovely and had fantastic views - would 100% return! The staff were very responsive for any questions. I stayed on the Palm last time and was disappointed, this place far exceeded my expectations

Relaxant! Frumos!

Gorgeous Propert

Pros: Our stay in La Vie was absolutely wonderful! Checking in and out was a breeze, and the HiGuests staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The property itself is gorgeous, with stunning views to the sea and Ain Dubai and great amenities. It's the ideal spot for a fantastic stay in Dubai—we couldn't have asked for more!
