Kasco Homes Waves Tower Business Bay

Great value for money and fantastic view and location

Pros: Great apartment. We loved it. The balcony around the rooms, the view, the location, parking, the lay-out, the furniture, wifi, pool, cleanliness. All excellent. We stayed at the 17th floor which was awesome.

Cons: There is some noise from the busy roads outside, but we didn't mind. That is part of staying in a big city. The one thing we missed was a bit more kitchen equipment like soap, a sponge, a towel, as we did make some eggs and have bottles and snack boxes from the kids and were not able to properly do dishes.

Good location, nice place and clean. Super staff.

Pros: Was a nice property, in a good location but noise in the room from the highway.

Cons: The noise of the highway that can be heard in the room all night.

We had a great stay, we will definitely return because of the close proximity to downtown Dubai

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was big and spacious. Pool area was also very nice.

Cons: Our apartment had smells of nicotine

I will definitely consider staying at Kasco Waves again.

Pros: Breakfast is not served at Kasco. It would be nice to have this option. The reception staff was helpful and available at all hours. I had a lake view which was exceptional. A bathtub would've been great, although the shower was great.

Cons: There is no toaster in the kitchen. It could be a bit cleaner in general. There was not a small bottle of dish washing liquid and only one cloth for washing and drying is not adequate. Guests arrive unprepared for this. There was noise coming from apartment(s) above mine. I could hear furniture (I assume dining chairs) being moved rather often. Also, water dripping and flowing down the drain late at night and even during the night.

Pros: The location was amazing and the view. Their staff also very helpful and always available.

Cons: None

Great facsity

Pros: Excellent host. They were able to attempt to my emergency booking due to a scam from another booking Bay La house (which did not work exist).

Cons: Excellent host

The location was good, staff were amazing!

Pros: Arriving late and having complementary water was lovely. The staff that worked at the front desk, the house keeping staff and lifeguard were all very friendly.

Cons: The shag carpet in the room felt very dirty but the complementary slippers made it better. There was a smell to the room that was very noticeable every time we walked in. They didn't offer towels for the pool.

Pros: Good location with great views The appartement very clean Many activities around Very good staff, especially the pool lifeguard

Cons: How they manage early checking From Booking, I requested an early checking, the answer was « we will see at your arrival if available » It would have been better to inform me a few days before, for me to look for another solution. Finally, I had to book a dayuse in order to wait until the checking is available.

We would stay again

Pros: Location was good, the bed and pillows was super comfy. The studio had everything you need.

Great and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Very helpful team at the reception desk. Check in and out was seamless. The apartment was also very spacious.
