A great stay in Dubai!
Pros: Great location. Take a walk along the bay and enjoy stunning views of the skyscrapers, along with the company of friendly local cats.
Cons: The balcony doors are not soundproof, so you may want to request a higher-floor apartment because of the traffic noises.

If only the extra bed were larger, the apartment would be 5 stars. Yes, it gets a 4.
Pros: Dubai: VIP Red Dune Safari, 4x4 Pick & Drop, Quad Bike, Camel & BBQ - I highly recommend it, especially with driver Shani! This is my third time on safari in Dubai, but this one I'll remember for a long time. Mainly thanks to Shani - a great organizer and driver. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend it.
Cons: Regarding the apartment, I have a reservation about the extra bed in the room. It's very small and uncomfortable. I encourage the hosts to replace the daybed with a larger one.

Pros: I loved the unit and the area.. very good location.
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that I was not able to change the doorlock code, the absence of a full length mirror, and the traffic nuisance caused by Al Khail highway.

Clean and comfortable
Pros: Handy mini mart located at bottom of building. Location OK. Helpful security staff. Washing machine was a great asset.
Cons: Small quantity of milk and coffee pods would have been welcome on arrival. Decor could do with an update. Clearer instructions on how to use code lock for opening and locking door required. Needed assistance from security staff. A step missing in instructions.

Amazing location pool and apartment
Pros: Amazing location, the flat very clean and nice! The staff very friendly, the communication with the host was fast and spotless, the apt is new, clean, and comfortable, amazing view with the canal, large balcony, supermaket downstairs. In the apt you got everything you may need, iron, ironing table, extra sheets, towels for the pool, coffee, tea, water. The swimming pool area is amazing, nice and peaceful with Burj Khalifa view.

Luxurious and comfortable
Pros: Comfortable stay in an amazing location. Everything was a breeze from check in to check out. The host was super attentive. Great central location with amazing city views. A very luxurious and clean apartment. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Modern apartment - blend of convenience and comfort
Pros: You need a car if you are staying in this apartment. Located 15 min drive from the major atractions. We had to wait until late afternoon in the reception area for checking after a very long flight- no water or washroom around. The host is very responsive. Our room had a very noisy location due to proximity of major highway. Excellent shower and strong water pressure. Comfortable bed and very clean room. There is washer and drier in one. We recommend that there should be instruction about how to switch to drier mode the laundry machine. There are two small grocery stores around the corner for snacks and fruits. Overall is good value for money.
Cons: External noise. Flat pillows.

Nice view, Equipped, clean and modern apartment
Pros: Clean apartment, very conveinent with all you need, ie stove, cooking utinsels, washing machine, basic toiletries. The building has nice amenities like a swimming pool, gym etc..The view from 15th floor was amazing. There is not much in the area itself but a small grocery next to the building, some nice women salon's by the building and nearby buildings. The walk by the bay was pleasant in February. Easy check-in and out. Overall a very nice experience.
Cons: Nothing really. The area has more of a business vibe but that is because of location at teh business bay. No big issue though.
