YOUR STAY APARTMENTS Luxury Beachfront Living

Pros: Everything was great, the location and service. Thank you Yasir for a great service

Brilliant

Pros: Fantastic apartment and the building had amazing amenities , amazing location right at the beach with easy access to the Palms.

Amazing experience! Great apartment, perfect facilities, and Rebecca made me feel at home.

Pros: My stay was simply wonderful! The apartment has everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a spacious environment with a balcony. The neighborhood is great and the building with its new facilities is very accessible. There is also a pool, a gym and direct beach access, which made the experience even more complete. I would especially like to highlight Rebecca, who assisted me with everything I needed. She was extremely professional, attentive, helpful, and always very kind, making me feel truly at home. Without a doubt, this was one of my best stays in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in a confort apartment with a stunning view

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Dubai. The place was spacious and perfectly located, making it easy to get around. One of the highlights was the stunning infinity pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the breathtaking view from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week with our son and girlfriend exploring the sights and views.

Pros: Amazing apartment with breathtaking views. Nice location although there are no restaurants within walking distance. All a good 20-30 min walk.

Cons: Kitchen equipment was sparse but Jay was very helpful and got us sent glasses and beach towels within 24 hrs. His communication was great.

A 3 night layover in Dubai to take in the main sights.

Pros: The view over the harbour and onto the Palm and the tall buildings of Dubai was great and also relaxing. The size of the apartment was excellent for us and our granddaughter.

Cons: Our main disappointment was the fact that the hot water wasn’t as expected. It didn’t matter what time of day we used the shower the water temperature was somewhere between luke warm and cold.

Excellent experience!

Pros: Fantastic views, with nicely decorated rooms and excellent facilities. The location is close to the action but not a lot of crowds.

Cons: You can sometimes hear the music from nearby parties but it’s not an issue.

pleasant

Pros: really clean and cozy apartment with security in the building, gorgeous views from the pool, the noise cancellation is really good, our neighbour was playing music all night and we didn’t even notice until we passed by his window on the street. the staff was really friendly and ready to help any time

Cons: the location is a bit far from the nearest grocery shop and the city in general. if you’re coming during the winter it’s a no problem, the walk will take you 15 minutes to the carrefour but because we came in september we needed to get a taxi or order in, so keep that in mind while booking

Increadible view

Pros: We went for the second time and we would go again.

A trip to heaven!!

Pros: I loved every thing about my stay, the view overlooking the palm and Atlantis in the night from the balcony was to die for, the heated infinity swimming pool was a bonus especially that it closes at 10pm. Used the private chauffeur service from the airport they provided and got driven to the apartment in style ❤️❤️ will definitely be coming back here again when planning my next trip ❤️❤️
