Pros: The apartment is in very good location and it's very clean and comfortable. I will recommend it to all my friends

Cons: The checkout is very early. Appreciated to be increased at least until 1pm. Need to have baby cot in case requested

Pros: Perfect location, good infrastructure - two pools (first - infinite with warming, second - for children), own gym on the first floor, private beach. The apartment itself is brand new, clean, with a large balcony furnished with a sofa and chairs having marvelous views over the Palm. Three big bedrooms, three bathrooms and one small bedroom with single bed is enough to accommodate big family. Living room/kitchen is spacious with plenty seats to have good family evenings or even to have small parties

Cons: Everything's great! The only minor drawback is oversensitive/misfunctioning fire sensor in one of the bedrooms - we had two false fire alarms (one in the midnight). But service personnel of the building and security guy were fast enough to deal with it. Hope the sensor will be interchanged

wonderful experience

Pros: Everything was a wonderful experience; the view with a spacious balcony and rooms had comfortable beds, extra blankets, and pillows, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Also, there are washing Machines, and a big refrigerator is suitable for those who will stay many days. And the beach and the pharmacy are so near you can go to it on foot. You can see Ain Dubai as well as a cruise ship. Another good thing is there are many nearest experiences you can try; one of them is yachts; also, it takes 5 minutes to walk. Also, there is a supermarket; it takes 15 or 20 minutes to walk. There is free parking for those with a car, a gym, and a swimming pool. The last thing is the place is secure; all the staff cooperated, giving us a good experience.

Pros: L’appartement est absolument magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la Palm. Rien à dire prévoir juste de prendre le taxi pour bouger car à une demi-heure du centre de la marina . Piscine sublime

Cons: Il n’y a pas de torchons à prévoir et ni tire-bouchon des petits détails mais important.
