We enjoyed are stay

Pros: Excellent location with view of Burj Khalifa and fountain show. A very good comfortable stay and good communication with host.

Cons: The pool water was very cold and grounded staff was rude - asked family members to get out of the pool and take shower

Good Stay, Nice, Clean & Friendly

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Royal Vista, 29 Boulevard. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai city. Everything was exactly as described, and it felt like a true home away from home. A special mention goes to Saqib, who looked after me throughout my stay. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Cons: Theres Nothing Negative to write.

We now understand why this apt is rated so high 👍👍

Pros: It was really nice. Very spacious for a family of 4. Great location. Loved the fact that there was a 24/7 supermarket just outside. Nice pool and gym. When we had questions we received answers and solutions straight away. Amazing service.

Highly recommended Stay

Pros: From the moment we booked, the communication was reliable. As soon as we arrived the property WhatsApp us wanting to know when we will check in, you feel valued from start to the end. We arrived and the Supervisor himself checked us in, gave us the key, gave a little tour around the apartment. The place was beyond our expectations. The fact that we were sleeping just next to the Burj Khalifa and got this view every time we stepped out of the balcony. The facilities, laundry, kitchen living area, the rooms were very clean and comfy.

Cons: I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Everything worked well for us.
