Palm Jumeirah - Luxe Infinity Pool I Direct Beach Access

Fantastic stay

Pros: The property was in an excellent location along west beach. It had a fantastic infinity pool with a bar and lovely private beach. It had a beautiful cafe just at the entrance that we had food daily in. Lovely friendly staff. The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing everything was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Pros: In general was great. For 4 person its a little tight. The only minus was shower that was limited. Kitchen perfect. Beds excellent. Balcon small but nice. Location was ok. But far away from most things. But we felt safe and comfortable!

Pros: The location of this stay and the rooftop pool were 10/10

Cons: I wish the room provided pool towels as this was a daily additional cost.

Pros: The location of the residence is excellent at the heart ofthe Palm Island. At the belinin of the boardwalk of Palm West Beach, whish is too close to the beach clubs. İt is easy to reach to the beach and the roof top pool is so fun and great place to enjoy the Dubai Marina view

Great apartment on West Palm Beach

Pros: The apartment was great. Had everything we needed. Great to be able to use a washing machine on our trip and the pool views were great! Great location on West Palm Beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful letting us put our bags in the room before check in so we were not charged 50AED by reception. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Cons: Iron was dirty, and ruined some trousers. Should have tried it on a towel first. Ironing board also broken. You need to rent pool towels but they were cheap enough. Rooftop very busy and hard to get a sunbed. Very rude reception staff. Laughing when we questioned why they would charge us to store our luggage for a few hours. Bad start to the day.

Perfect location, safe, clean and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Pros: The property was perfect; very clean, had two king size beds so perfect for a family of four. It has a small kitchen, but had everything you needed and a large fridge. Shower was clean, hot and they left lots of toiletries which was a nice touch. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean, had a lovely view and Abbas was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Abbas made contact prior to our stay, and was kind enough to arrange balloons and a cake for my sons 16th birthday; Abbas was also kind enough to help with water and milk when we ran out and stayed in touch to ensure we had the perfect stay. Thank you Abbas; it meant a lot to us.

Cons: Nothing; the apartment was perfect for us. We were able to use the infinity pool at the hotel which was lovely and clean. Also had access to a private beach, however sadly we had such a busy itinerary we did not get chance to use. We would 100% book this apartment again. Felt very safe and a perfect location as close to everything; just a short Uber ride to all the main attractions.

Pros: The property was in the perfect location, everything was at our doorstep & so close to the beach

Cons: I cannot fault a single thing with the property! It was clean & felt like home from home

Pros: Location was very good for easy access to the beach clubs. Beds were comfy and lots of space.

Cons: The key situation was not very clear. I was told I should have an access card and a car park card. But I didn’t.
