Superb host!

Pros: Great host, Saqib was really attentive and helpful!! He answered all of our questions and even gave us directions to the mall! Superb location, very handy as there is a washing machine too so we went home with clean clothes!! We’d definitely stay again.

Pros: We truly had a wonderful experience staying at Saqib’s place. From our very first contact, he was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. He always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and does everything possible to make sure they have the best experience. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We truly felt at home. Everything was perfectly organized, and the communication was smooth and pleasant throughout. Saqib truly deserves the highest rating. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for comfort, peace of mind, and a thoughtful, reliable host.

Perfect stay with stunning views and ideal location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – just a short walking distance from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The view of the canal is absolutely stunning. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The pleasant scents throughout the property created a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the property celebrating our engagement. Management took note of it and made a nice surprise for us with a complement in the room waiting for us. Staff was very helpful and nice, making sure we were having an excellent expericence. We stayed in the apartment on the 22nd floor, the apartment is very cozy and clean with a spacious comfortable balcony. All the utilities provided. There was a coffee machine so we could have a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The property has it's own big swimming pool and gym, lot's of things for kids. Located 10 mins away from Dubai Mall. In conclusion - we'd be happy to return :)

Pros: Everything was great! The view from the apartment was fabulous, as it is located on the 22nd floor in Business Bay. The host was friendly and provided excellent support whenever we had questions. The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition. It even had a coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee right after waking up. For an additional fee, the host offered airport transfers in a luxurious car—the latest BMW 7 Series—and also accommodated a late checkout. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about, I give 10 points out of 10.

Pros: Super lokalizacja 10 min od centrum dubaj mal, apartament położony wysoko więc nie słuchać hałasu. Apartament czysty, plusem jest kawa i ekspres, łózko wygodne, piękny zapach olejku dawał naprawdę fajny klimat. Miły słodki poczęstunek na powitanie. Super basen gdzie można się zrelaksować I wypocząć . Kontakt z hostem bardzo dobry, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Dobre miejsce na wypoczynek. Dziękujemy.

Cons: Nic. Można dorzucić cienki szlafrok na basen to byłoby już perfekcyjnie.

Pros: This is a very well equipped apartment, spacious for a studio, nice and pleasant decorations, and friendly and responsive hosts. All in all, a good choice and I was happy with my stay there.
