Helpful host,Prime location and clean place

Pros: The host was really helpful and supportive.location was prime, max 10 mins walk to Dubai mall. Clean apartment and next to Carrefour market.

Despite the service issues, the view and calm ambiance were the best parts of my stay.

Pros: what really stood out was the breathtaking view from the balcony of my room. Here's a breakdown of my experience.The hotel is situated in an ideal spot, with panoramic views of the Dubai downtown.

Cons: One downside during my stay was the lack of housekeeping. Despite staying for multiple days, no one came to clean the room or provide fresh towels. This lack of attention to cleanliness left me a bit disappointed,they need to improve room service and ensure guests have basic amenities like facial tissues and daidaily cleaning to make the stay truly comfortable.

Es war wirklich sehr schön, fußläufige Lage zur Mall und auch perfekt um öffentlich zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren!

Pros: Es sah wirklich genauso au wie auf den Fotos. Der CheckIn hat super geklappt und es ist auch sehr praktisch mit dem Nutzen der Keyless App ins Zimmer reinzukommen. Auch wenn ich etwas Angst hatte was ich mache, wenn ich mein Handy verlieren sollte😅

Cons: Das Sofa und die gepolsterte Ablage hatten erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren, aber wir haben ein Handtuch drüber gelegt und die Sachen dann trotzdem benutzt

Sehr zentrale Lage zur Dubai Mall und Burj

Pros: Sehr zentrale Lage, großes Apartment im 19. Stock mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und sehr schöner Pool. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage.

Cons: Mobiliar ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Lauter Straßenlärm.

Pros: La localisation est top et le personnel à l’écoute et super réactif

Cons: La propreté ainsi que la localisation. Le personnel étais avenant et vraiment plaisant

Pros: Love luxury escapes management. Very professional. They send cleaning team every 10 days. They brought me Nespresso machine. Even when the pool has delays in the maintenance they refund me 500 derham to use a hotel pool near by then they found me a great place to move in after my stay

Opción muy recomendable

Pros: A 14 minutos andando del Burj Khalifa. Perfecto para 1 o 2 personas, muy cómodo, limpio, bien equipado. Piscina y gimnasio correcto. Con restaurante justo debajo y supermercado cerca. Me encantó que me dejaran hacer el check in 4 horas antes, gran detalle. Sitio muy recomendable

Cons: Quizá tiene un poquito de ruido por estar cerca de una vía de alta capacidad, y las paredes que separan de otros apartamentos, no aíslan demasiado. Aún así, digo eso por poner alguna “pega”, todo lo demás fantástico

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino al Burj Khalifa e a tutte le attrazioni di Downtown e Business Bay, appartamento accogliente al piano 19

Pros: Мне понравилось расположение апартаментов и вид из окна.

Cons: Кондиционер в номере не включался на нагрев, пришлось обращаться к управляющему чтобы немного повысить температуру в номере. В результате кондиционер так и не включился на обогрев, но управляющая компания предоставила переносной обогреватель.
