Amazing

Pros: Amazing views. Apartment felt safe and secure. Short walk to burj and mall.

Pros: Location was perfect. Apartment was spacious. Host was responsive

Cons: The cleaning could be done better. We were finding stuff under the seats and beds. Since self-catering is an option, it would be helpful if the apartment was provided with dish cleaning soap and items as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine. It would help if you put shelves in the bathrooms so as to have somewhere to place soaps and other items as one is showering.

Perfect place to base yourself for your Dubai Stopover or long stay

Pros: Fantastic location, and host was very responsive. Check in and out was easy and straight forward. Property was thoroughly cleaned before my stay. A light bulb was fused and the host had arranged same day replacement so great service. Good and easy parking access. I’ve seen on prior reviews that the property is ‘old’ - it is quite modern in my view, however yes if you look closely there are a few things that will probably need maintenance (e.g. bathroom tile grout a little worn out). But nothing major. Overall a fantastic stay.

Maravilhosa

Pros: Simplesmente fantástico. Conforto, localização, estrutura, segurança, atendimento impecável. A vista é incrível, para nós infelizmente a fonte estava em reforma, mas ainda assim valeu muito a pena. Mas penso que assistir o show da altura (34 andar) é maravilhoso.

Vue incroyable

Pros: La vue et l'emplacement ! Un supermarche, une pharmacie, le Dubai mall se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied. Dommage que la fontaine était en travaux sinon nous aurions été aux premières loges. Le propriétaire nous accueilli tardivement.

Cons: L'alèse d'un des lits est à changer, elle ne tient plus en place et a quelques tâches, vraiment dommage sinon ça aurait été un sans faute.

Pros: La vue incroyable sur la Fontaine et le Burj Khalifa. L'accueil par Satish ainsi que le réceptionniste Altaf. La proximité avec le Dubai mall et la beauté des lieus.

Cons: L'adresse sur booking et transmis par l'hôte était erronée. Problème avec le taxi qui nous a déposé au boulevard plaza office et non à la résidence. Donc double paiement de taxi. A modifier l'adresse pour les prochains.

Pros: Registrácia prebehla veľmi hladko. Apartmán je ohromujúci. Ten výhľad proste stojí za všetko, lepší výhľad na Burhj Khalifu a fontány, ako aj celý Downtown asi nenájdete. Wifi pripojenie bolo dobré. Neďaleko apartmánu boli potraviny,lekáreň,kaviareň.

Cons: Čistota mohla byť lepšia. Skoro všetky okná boli dochytané, ani balkónové dvere neboli čisté, všade odtlačky prstov. Chybali balené vody, jednorázové kozmetické potreby. Klímatizacia dosť hučala a nevedela vychladiť apartman. Napriek tomu, že išla celý deň v apartmáne neklesla teplota pod 25 stupňov. Ale proste ten výhľad kompenzoval všetky nedostatky. Celkovo sme boli s pobytom veľmi spokojní.
