Best views in a spaceful appartment perfect for groups

Pros: Great location. Great views. A lot of space for group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The management team was very helpful, Reynan assisted us during our stay. The check in and checkout were fast and without any problems.

The Great place to stay in Dubai with Family

Pros: Darwin; he was extremely helpful and make us enjoyed the stay. The people in the building were very helpful

Excellent location and place for those with big group and also who only want to explore Dubai Mall area

Pros: The location and the view is worth paying for. Also the number of rooms is sufficient for our total numbers (7pax) so everyone can sleep comfortably. Also, we get to see the beautiful fountain show of Dubai Mall from our balcony every 30mins.

Cons: The noise from the construction ongoing at same time

Pros: It was our second booking from the same company, it was similar apartments for large family both times, View is exceptional, we enjoyed Burj Halifa and fontains shows. The location is just perfect for the Mall lovers and for fast food delivery services. The team is very friendly and caring very much for the visitors, Seempless check-in, all facilities and fast response to any requests via direct messaging, Thanks very much to Grace and Antoning for our very pleasant stay. We are looking forward to book with them again,

awesome stay

Pros: the area around the property, the location and most importantly the Burj Khalifa and fountain's view.

Pros: Location is superb with an excellent view of Burj! Walking distance to Dubai Mall

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the location was ideal for our group. The service was excellent from the breakfast to room service. Big thank you Aries and the team who really looked after us.

The awesome view and lovely facility resulted in us contending with the unpleasant kitchen smell

Pros: The Location was amazing and breakfast was really good. The facility was as expected and very nicely located with the most breath-taking view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain felt like its within arms reach.

Cons: The property had a very bad smell on initial entry and after speaking to the representative a cleaning team was brought in to re-clean the kitchen area, this temporarily resolved the issue as the smell still lingered throughout the stay. Pity that this really dampened the beautiful property.
