Pros: The balcony view and the fact that has a couch on the balcony. Big windows. The location is very good. The fact that it has a second bathroom, with a shower also, it’s a very good thing. It helps a lot. All the necessary devices. Nice and comfortable bed sheets. Modern building with security and possibility to be connected to the mall directly.

Cons: Poor amenities in the bathroom, like missing tooth paste or shower gel (it wouldn’t be bad idea to be provided).

Amazing location and a friendly and caring host.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay - location was incredible and our host was very friendly and kind. The apartment was positioned right in the major shopping precinct of Dubai and very close to the fountains, Burj Khalifa, etc. The apartment itself was amazing, facilities were excellent and there was so much room. Communication was great throughout, would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: I like how centered it is to downtown dubai. It is litrally attached to dubai mall and fountain. There is lots of places in the Souk it self (shops, resturants, supermarket, and hair salon). Also there is a gym and swimming pool in the building for free and the uber/taxi area is easy to access and no waiting time.

Cons: Now i know this was out of the owners hands. But we had some noises (drilling and alarm testing) because of new year preparation. However if you come in else times of the year this will not be an issue.

Superb break, in an amazing location and fantastic apartment. Would highly recommend this apartment and location.

Pros: The location was perfect. A short taxi drive from the airport and then easy access to the mall throughout the day and evening. The metro stations also only a short walk and great choices in the mall for food and shopping. The apartment had a great balcony and views, was very clean and spacious. There was also clear and regular contact with the host pre arrival, when we arrived and during our stay. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: EVERYTHING!!! The beautiful bath rooms (2!) , the bath, the master bedroom (so classy, high end lights and wardrobes) the kitchen facilities. The location is the best , right at the Mall and Fountains.

Ibrahim’s accommodation is a gem.

Pros: The location most of all. The accommodation deserves a 10 simply based on location. Super convenient, creating a feel-good factor when you walk to the Dubai Mall.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic service. The team was so kind and looked after me perfectly. The Appartment was brand new. They were most considerate and accommodating. Communication was 24/7. Hardly ever had such a profound good service
