Pros: The apartment was excellent, and the location is perfect — right in front of Burj Khalifa. There is a wonderful heated swimming pool with a view of Burj Khalifa. We were very pleasantly surprised by the host, Alejandro, who was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. Thank you once again, Alejandro

Pros: The place was clean, comfortable and super central right in the middle of the down town. There host was very precise and crisp with the introductory tour. He gave us a complimentary early check in and a late check out. The property was connected through an indoor walking track to all the main facilities like metro , dubai mall, address sky view which was a huge benefit. There is a superstore right next to the property where you can get almost everything you might need and is open 24:7.
Cons: There is nothing that we didn’t like, however being an architect, i ll recommend the host to kindly install a glass partition in the shower area to protect the vanity area from from getting damaged, plus it ll stop the water from being getting into the dry area.

Pros: Gosh, where do I even start?! 🤩 My stay at Luxury 1BR Downtown Dubai Skyline & Sea View was absolutely incredible, thanks to the amazing hosts Alejandro and Ana! 🏨 They went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home in Dubai. The apartment was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. 📦 From the moment I arrived, the hosts were super responsive and helpful, providing me with all the insider tips and recommendations for exploring the city. 🙌 The location was perfect too - super close to major attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. 🍴 I loved the little touches they added, like the welcome basket and the detailed guidebook. It truly felt like a home away from home! ❤️

Amazing
Pros: Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with everything you might need, this apartment made our stay in Dubai truly comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Dubai Mall and the Metro, which is a huge relief in the summer heat. Most of all, the hosts were exceptional: responsive, helpful, and always ready to step in if anything came up. A fantastic experience overall!

Pros: Je tenais a vous remercier sincèrement pour la qualité exceptionnelle de votre logement.L apparemment était impeccable et très agréable.La Vu est magnifique et à rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à l' aise comme à la maison.L emplacement est également parfait, idéalement situé (burj Kalifa, fontaine et resto supermarché)qui a vraiment faciliter notre séjour.Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié votre accueil chaleureux, votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.
Cons: Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de double rideaux a la salle à manger pour la lumière du jour lorsque que l'on dort sur le canapé lit

Best stay, best location, best hospitality and host.
Pros: Best location in town, building is in front of burj Khalifa. Host is very friendly and cooperative, apartment very luxury, clean and tidy it’s like our own home. Host cared about everything in detail in maintaining the apartment all the amenities and facilities are top notch, best stay i can say.
Cons: Everything is so good but enhancement is necessary in everything and every guest has it’s own demand i missed a tea pot which used to make a karak because i’m addicted to karak and missed it for making karak. (Electric kettle is available)

Het was geweldig
Pros: Het was een heel fijn verblijf in een top locatie. Het was 5 minuten lopen van de mal en zwembad heeft uitzicht op de Burj Khalifa. De eigenaar is attent en behulpzaam. Je kunt hem direct benaderen en geeft zsm antwoord. Alles wat je nodig had voor een comfortabele verblijf was aanwezig. Alles was nog nieuw en schoon. Ik zal zeker nog eens terug gaan. Bedankt voor dit fijn verblijf!
