Spectacular apartment in a great location.

Pros: Huge apartment. Separate kitchen, open dining and lounge, separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Big balcony. Washing machine and drying racks. Very clean with powerful air conditioning. Stunning pool. Views of the Burj Kalifa from the apartment and pool. Pedestrian access to the mall and metro. Quick response time (via WhatsApp) from the owners/manager. Supermarket next door.

Cons: Initially had problems accessing the apartment. There wasn't a shower screen or curtain around the shower so I had to mop the floor every day. An information book would've been very handy.

Fantastic location and views

Pros: Fantastic location with direct access to the air-conditioned walkways from the metro or to Dubai Mall from level 2, and access to the swimming pool on level 3. The views of Burj Khalifa from the bedroom, balcony, and swimming pool are as fantastic as in the photos. There is a handy supermarket in the adjacent building. The apartment, building, and pool were very quiet during our stay (end May).

Pros: Heel mooi uitzicht! Echt een top locatie om te verblijven in dubai. Je bent overal zo met de taxi. Hygiëne was top!

Cons: Alles was naar wens! Het beviel ons allemaal heel goed!

Perfekte Lage mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa!

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt ideal – direkt gegenüber dem Burj Khalifa und genau zwischen dem Turm und der Metrostation. Besser geht’s kaum! Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und übertrifft alle Erwartungen – besonders am Abend, wenn der Burj Khalifa beleuchtet ist. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die mitten im Geschehen wohnen möchten. Pool mit tollem Ausblick!
