Definitely recommended!

Pros: Great facility and territory! Nice view and high floor. Location is very good - near West beach with bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern and very big, they have everything you need for living.

Cons: The parking card was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait for another day. Not a big problem but anyway brought some inconvenience.

I will come back

Pros: Everything was great. It's very close to the beach (we stayed in the Southern building) and to the pool. They provide towels. Sun beds are free and the pool is very big. Room is not very luxurious, but the view is amazing and it has everything you need (we have kids so being able to cook a bit from time to time and to wash some clothes it's a good thing) Internet is good as well (1Gb)

Cons: We were supposed to get a card access for the building's door, but we did not receive it. However there's a guard there that opens the door for you; there were a few occasions when no one was there though. Location (applicable to the entire Palm Jumeirah area) is pretty isolated. You don't have many areas where you can take long walks. However the Nakheel Mall is very close and you can take the monorail train to various locations around the island. We stayed another week in JBR and it's a lot more animated and touristic.

Très bon emplacement

Pros: Appartement au 8e étage avec vue sur mer. Salon et chambre très spacieux. Balcon très grand. Accès direct à la piscine et la plage. Un grand centre commercial est situé juste à côté.

Cons: Seuls 2 personnes ont accès à la piscine. Il faut donc payer un supplément pour les autres personnes.

Sejour oceana residence

Pros: L emplacement etait magnifique. La piscine super avec une belle vue. La mer juste en face de la mer. Notre correspondant Naji etait la pour repondre à nos demandes rapidement. Super Naji 🙂 merci et merci également à guesta holiday qui s occupe super bien de notre sejour. Merci à tous

Super Erlebnis und gerne wieder

Pros: Tolle Lage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. TG , Pool und Beach direkt alles vor der Nase. Gutes Restaurant ( ULA) direkt am Strand.

Cons: Kleine Mängel an der Ausstattung. Duschkopf lose, Lampen defekt etc. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten. Schade dass man 50€ bezahlen muss wenn man nach Mitternacht eincheckt. Die Meisten Flüge kommen aber erst um diese Zeit an.

Nyugodt, tiszta, rendkívüli kilátással.

Pros: Nem kértünk reggelit. Csodálatos a környék. Nyugodt.

Cons: Nem volt olyan.

Pros: Appartement lumineux, très joli, confortable et de qualité avec une grande terrasse et parking souterrain. Le lieu est calme et parfaitement situé à 100 mètres de la plage privée et piscine . Le centre commercial Nakheel Mall est à 10 minutes à pied . Propreté, équipements au top, rien ne manquait. Merci à Babor (représentant du gérant Guesta ) pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons. Very pretty, comfortable and quality apartment with a large terrace and underground parking. The place is quiet and perfectly located 100 meters from the private beach and swimming pool. Nakheel Mall is a 10-minute walk away. Cleanliness, equipment at the top, nothing was missing.
