Oceana Luxury 4 BR Apartment with Resort Access and Sea Views by Exclusive Holiday Homes

Pros: Everything was perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Great place for a company of friends or family vacation.

Pros: The apartment is managed by a team of guest relations who are super fast with communications and customer centric. Conveniently located with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, beaches and shops around. Palm jumeira mall is ca 7 mins waling distance. The apartment is nicely designed, spacious and facing 2 different sides. 2 parking spaces in underground garage.

Cons: The only discomfort we faced was lack of proper ventilation in the kitchen, but its behind the doors, so it was ok. Minor problems with bathroom were addressed super quickly

Excellent for a family get together.

Pros: Great living space and bedrooms, fantastic balcony with a view, brilliant location with a nice pool and restaurant, and very helpful hosts with a WhatsApp group to answer any questions.

Cons: Could use a handbook to explain things like garbage/waste disposal, nearest supermarket, recommended restaurants, taxi pickup/drop-off etc. However, hosts were available on WhatsApp to answer all those questions and always responded immediately.
