Elite Royal Apartment - Panoramic Full Burj Khalifa

Lovely stay option for large groups in downtown Dubai

Pros: Excellent location and easy access to the South Ridge Tower 6, where Elite Royal is located. ER staff are very friendly and helpful - appreciate support provided during the whole stay by Anthony. We had opted for breakfast, both the Arabic and Continental options were good. Great views of Burj Khalifa as promised! Overall very good option for downtown Dubai stay for a big group!

Cons: For a big group like ours of 10 people, they gave only one entrance key card, which was inadequate. As it's the same key card for entrance, gym etc so that's painful. Housekeeping should be part of the standard service and not additional option. Charge me as part of the rack rate for this too.

Beautiful place & I highly recommend it.I would definitely come back

Pros: Beauty of the apartment. Cleanliness, host’s availability & quick response.location is perfect & it’s just a walking distance to Dubai mall.Viewing Burj khalifa & water fountain from the apartment.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Quite Family atmosphere.

Pros: The staff (especially our host Cahiry) were very kind, professional and caring. Staff in general were very good. The apartment and the area surrounding it were very clean and quite. The kitchen was modern and handy. The view to Burj Khalifa and financial district was awesome.

Cons: The check in was to slow although we communicated with the relations in charge on our way and sent all required docs but still we had to wait too long before meeting our host. The area around the building has no services like supermarket, pharmacy...etc. The breakfast was very basic and served packed ended up not enjoying it at all, not to mentioned the very limited choices.

Pros: Clean and tidy..the staff were generous and did their job well. No reception for the services after checkin.

Cons: Kept the guests waiting for 1.5hours due to the advance deposit payments which we were not aware. Even after requesting the manager to pay in a hour after withdrawing the cash, he didn't accept it and made the guests wait until we find an ATM and get cash. Such non cooperation is never seen in my history of 20years travel. Anyway trusting guests on their promises should be considered as this is a place for tourists with no much access to the facilities.

Pros: استقبلنا الموظف رينان افضل استقبال وكانت الإقامة جدا جميلة وممتعه

Cons: عدم وجود خدمة التنظيف اليومي

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was smooth, clean, and comfortable. A special thanks to Reynan for his exceptional se

Pros: The location was very good and the view was amazing.

Pros: the location was excellent. it only took 12 minutes to walk to the mall. loved the view.

Cons: the water pressure was too low in the shower. if multiple showers are going at once, the water does not stay hot for a long time.
