2BR Downtown Dubai 5 Min Walk to Dubai Mall & Burj

Great apartment in a great location

Pros: This apartment is right in the middle of Downtown Dubai in short walking distance to the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. You have a nice view of the Burj from the apartment's balcony. The apartment is very conformable and spacious and very skillfully decorated, the kitchen has all necessary supplies. There is also a personal parking spot in the underground parking which is useful if you rent a car like we did. We were greeted in person by our host Lanz who had contacted us via WhatsApp before arrival. She even offered an early check-in and a complementary mid-stay cleaning. Unfortunately, we didn't spend much time at the pool which is downstairs in the apartment complex and where you can swim below palm trees with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Cons: Tiny complaint: a bit more silverware would have been useful.

Pros: First of all I would like to thank Lanz a very nice person who helped us until the end of our stay. We had an amazing stay at this apartment, my kids loved it. It was super clean and the fact that they were a complementary cleaners was amazing and they were fast too. Location wise it was amazing as well very near to Dubai mall and burj Khalifa We were also welcomed with a nice gift and over all the stay was amazing and we enjoyed. Highly recommend this apartment 👌

Pros: In my numerous visits to Dubai this is undoubtedly gonna be the best stay. The team lead by Lanz was extremely professional and even provided complimentary cleaning every two days. Location was incredible and the view from the balcony mesmerizing. Super clean and even gave complimentary gifts when we entered the apartment. All in all 10/10.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Es war einfach alles perfekt für uns. Einfache Verständigung des Vermieters per WhatsApp, es wurde immer auch gleich alle Fragen beantwortet und alle sehr sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alle zwei Tage wurde gereinigt. Es war alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, zusätzlich noch Tee und Kaffee, Shampoos, Duschgel,....Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen weil es wirklich genau wie auf den Bildern aussieht und alles fußläufig für uns erreichbar war. Und das beste am ganzen dieser Ausblick, der Burj Khalifa beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder beim schwimmen im Pool. Würde immer wieder kommen.

Cons: Da gibt es wirklich gar nichts.

Pros: The host Jimmy was most amazing very accommodative, we even had a welcome gift, I loved that there was a new set of cutlery washing items in a box, welcome dates, everything was super clean and comfortable, I didn't have enough money for the deposit, and they were happy to excuse me as I had an emergency. It was a bit expensive just for one night, but I really enjoyed the experience with my children. Thank you so much Jimmy, recommendation, I highly recommend this property everything from to A to Z was amazing.
