The Boulevard Suite Luxury near Burj Khalifa

Great location, comfortable stay for 2

Pros: The location is perfect, and the apartment was comfortable. Host responds to questions at any time of the day.

Cons: Although we booked for 3 people, which was commincated in advance, the sofa bed abailable was not made and we had to make it alone by using spare bedsheets from the drawer. Not a huge deal but you expect the beds to be made upon arriving after a long trip. Also, it would be a good idea to have some spare toilet paper or hand / bath towels available.

Pros: The location is excellent. The pool is great, not too busy and gets sun most of the day. There is a good supermarket right across the road. Also a good coffee shop, Black Sheep Coffee, next door to the apartment. The apartment is modern, clean, well kept with all the facilities you need for any length of stay

Pros: Excellent place to stay in Dubai! There is a view on Burj Khalifa from the pool. You can swim among skyscrapers, it is really amazing! The apartament is near Dubai Mall. Even if you are in Dubai in the summer, when it is extremely hot, you are near Metro station Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall so you can visit all top attractions without going through the sun. It is very well equipped. The bed is so comfortable! And you have everything you need! The supermarket is on the opposite side of the street. And of course the most important - the host Faiz - so kind, so helpful and so smiling 😊 thanks a lot! <3

Excellent Apartment & Host!

Pros: We LOVED staying at this apartment, right near the Burj Khalifa! The apartment was very comfortable, with all the needed amenities and excellent views. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our host, Faiz, was amazing - kind, attentive, hospitable. He truly made us feel 'at home' during our stay in Dubai. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return soon!

Pros: Large, new, clean apartments. The location is great. Easily can walk to the Dubai mall - around 15 mins Thanks to Faiz, who helped us to make our stay there as comfortable as possible :)
