Absolutely unbeatable view
Pros: The view is by far the best thing about this place - truly spectacular and impossible to forget. The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious, well laid out, and very comfortable, making it suitable even for a longer stay. There are great built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, and the apartment, especially the kitchen, is fully equipped with everything you might need. And back to the highlight - the view is simply unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: There are very few negatives. Unfortunately, the check-in process took much longer than expected and was poorly coordinated. Even though I had sent all required details (passports, guest information) several days in advance and confirmed my arrival time, when I arrived at the building I was not allowed to enter because my name was not on the access list and there was no notification that I was arriving. The host had provided self check-in instructions, but without building access approval, I was unable to enter the apartment. The entire check-in situation took over two hours to resolve, during which I was waiting with a child after a long day of travel, which was quite exhausting. Additionally, the apartment is located on the 40th floor, and since one of the elevators was not working, we occasionally had to wait much longer than expected for an elevator. There is also no luggage room available for storing bags if you have time between check-out and your flight.

Perfect stay
Pros: The apartment is very clean and modern, and the view from the balcony is to die for. But I want to mention the service and promptness of the staff. We forgot some jackets in the apartment, and they send it to a location for us to pick them up. Can’t recomand the accommodation enough, do yourself a favor and just book it.

Great Location
Pros: Very good location to walk to the Burj and Dubai Mall. Choice of two pools and a baby pool. Indoor and outside play areas. Excellent view of the Burj from the balcony.
Cons: Door to balcony could not be locked and we were staying with a two year old. Some areas of the apartment are looking tired.

Pros: المكان جدا نظيف والموقع جميل قريب من كل شي سوف اكرر الزياره اكيد مره ثانيه
Cons: تمنيت لو تم توفير مناديل في صالة الجلوس والمطبخ. حيث لايتوفر اي مناديل عدى مناديل دورة المياه غير ذلك كل شي كان رائع

Приятное место с развитой инфраструктурой и красивыми видами
Pros: Очень удобное месторасположение. Не далеко от всех достопримечательностей центра Дубая. В двух шагах круглосуточный магазин, это тоже плюс
Cons: Не до конца закрывалось окно в спальне, был слышен шум Дубая, особенно ночной)) Вентиляция в спальне работает очень шумно, я её отключил и кондиционера в гостиной хватало на все пространство апартаментов.

Great location, great facilities, wonderful view
Pros: The view from the balcony is amazing. There are many restaurants very close by. In few minutes you can walk to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is big and very well equipped. The kitchen is also very spacious. You have everything you may need
Cons: We were 3 guests and we got only 2 big towels and 2 small towels for 5 nights. I would have like to have at least 3 big towels and 3 small towels... (1 set per person)

Great location. Clean Apartment. No TV no internet
Pros: I went for NYE 2024. Frank Porter was a good host. They gave me the apartment as advertised with the view I wanted
Cons: I stayed for 2 nights and there was no internet and no TV. I had to pay 50euro unlimited mobile data on the sim card provided at airport passport control. I informed them right away they did not refund me. The apartment is advertised with TV and internet. Also no hot water in shower. But there was a bath with hot shower in it
