Great apartment with bonus of hotel access.

Pros: Communication was clear we communicated via WhatsApp and the response was quick. Great size of apartment, had all amendeties that we needed for our stay. Great to access the Fairmont for pools and restaurants. We would go back.

Cons: The host forgot the baby crib so for the first night we were without which was inconvenient. You can hear the traffic at night especially on the weekend it was lots of car horns until 1/2am Friday and Saturday but we had earplugs to help that matter.

Amazing apartment, for sure coming again !

Pros: Great Apartment with everything you need . Coffee capsules , washing liquids. Clean and very big.

Cons: A little thing , that it’s a little bit loud at night on the weekend during high traffic on the street. Even with closed windows it’s a little bit loud . But only on the weekends

Best value for the money!

Pros: Value for the price, facilitates, pool beach and ability to use Fairmont facilities for that price was very good. Location is amazing, the only problem was traffic on weekends to exit from west palm, as you have a lot of beach clubs restaurants area becomes very busy evening time. Apartment had an amazing view, staff was helpful, apartment has everything you need. I am not a tourist in Dubai and have been living there many years, can stay it really good apartment for reasonable price and great location, either with family kids or single couples.

Cons: The only minus of the apartment we stayed was the noise from the traffic on weekends, starts around 6pm till 4am. When the windows are closed and you are tired after swimming in pools or enjoying dubai life:) you can still sleep without hearing the noise. It didn’t disturb much our kids too.

Great location, beautiful view and pool, spacious apartment perfect for a family.

Pros: Location was amazing - we were travelling with a baby so it was great to have a choice of restaurants on our doorstep. Super useful to have the mall close by too. Great big balcony which meant we could relax and enjoy the sun whilst our baby napped! And easy to access the pool which was very quiet and relaxed.

Cons: No pool towels on offer - I know it's a residence building, but would be useful to provide pool towels as we didn't travel with any. Annoying not to have any basic cleaning materials provided - e.g. washing up liquid, surface cleaning spray. Wasteful to have to buy this when you're only there for a week. Luckily we bought some washing up liquid wish us to wash our daughters bottles, but we didn't have any cleaning spray which meant the kitchen didn't feel 'clean' whilst we were there.

Pros: Perfect location. Fantactic beach and crystal water. Shops, restaurants nearby . spacious apartment, clean, comfy bed. Good wifi aswell.

Cons: Apartment does not have kitchen eqiupment like cutlery, plates, glases, cups. That was very disapointing. Big minus is ,that there was no tap, shower water during night between midnight and 6am...well it can be quite problem for guests.

Pros: Gute Lage, es kann die komplette Anlage des Fairmont Hotels genutzt werden

Cons: Apartment ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, рядом отели, рестораны, молл. Апартаменты большие, чистые, немного уставший ремонт, но он не портит впечатление Прекрасный пляж от отеля Fairmont ( бесплатные лежаки, вода, полотенца) Сотрудники оперативно отвечают на все вопросы Так же по карточкам предоставляют скидку 20% на рестораны и бары Фэирмонта

Cons: Шум от дороги, особенно в выходные.для тех у кого чуткий сон, понадобятся беруши

Рекомендую для семейных поездок

Pros: - Отличное расположение - Большая площадь - Есть все необходимое для жизни - Квартира оборудована для жизни с детьми: балкон закрывается на съёмный ключ, круглый стол и отсутствие острых углов, телевизор висит на стене, а не стоит на полке -Инфраструктура Фаермонта

Pros: Отдыхали с мужем, прекрасное расположение, доступ ко всей инфраструктуре отеля Farmond , лежаки, пляж, пляжные полотенца

Cons: Все хорошо, нас даже раньше заселили, очень удобная кровать

Pros: В апартаментах есть все необходимое , порадовал доступ к зоне отдыха отеля Fairmount.
