Lovely location and close to lots of amenities. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Pros: Good location, large spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, staff responded to queries in a timely manner. The pool and beach access was great and the gym was well kitted out. Linked to the andaz hotel which meant getting taxis was very easy. Discount at the local bar “la coco”

Cons: Had to go through booking.com to get in touch with the staff managing the apartment - might have been better to have had direct access.

Excellent stay in a well looked after/beautiful apartment.

Pros: Location great. View was stunning. Apartment clean and easy to access on arrival. Loads of cutlery and cooking ware. {lenty of bathroom space. Lots of lotions/shampoo. Each guest also recieved a gown to wear.

Cons: Could have had more toilet paper availible - We booked in a cleaning as our stay was over a week. Once the cleaning arrived we were restocked and it was great. Would highly recommend this apartment for a family/group.

Fabulous stay at Tiara apartment.

Pros: The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. The location was also great - there is a pool, beach, restaurants, a mall and supermarket all walkable from the apartment.

We loved staying at this apartment and we will most definitely look to staying here again.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Pool and beach access was incredible. Beach towels were available for all the guests by the pool. Some very good restaurants located just next door to the property. We loved it.

Stylish apartment with proximity to explore the palm tree for some days

Pros: It was much bigger than expected, the living room with open kitchen was great. Two master rooms with own bathroom is a big plus, the third bedroom was perfect for the kid. The location is also great. You can walk in just 5 minutes to the Nakheel Mall and Monorail train station (inside the mall), you are also close to the Palm West Beach with plenty of cool restaurants and beach clubs, The Pointe with the second biggest fountain show in Dubai, Aura Skypool (the highest 360 degree infinity pool in the world) and the Aquaventure Atlantis park. You can stay here some days just to explore what the Palm tree has to offer. The apartment also give access to the Andaz pool area and private beach so you get a resort feeling even though you stay in an apartment.

Cons: No beach towels! It is an apartment on the beach, meant to use the pool and swim in the sea so why not include this important detail?! I had to call a friend and let him bring me 5 beach towels, a no-go if this shall be a luxurious experience.

Don' go to other place

Pros: Best choice if you want to be in the Palm but not so far from the the attractions. The apartment was large and comfortable with magnificent view to the beach and the city. You can use the private beach and pool free and from there you can see Burj Arab and Kalifa. I ran every morning almost 5 km in the sand without shoes, it was unbelievable.

Cons: Really there's nothing serious. Maybe they could keep beach towels at all the time in the apartment.

We will enjoy coming back.

Pros: Tiara Residences is a wonderful, calm residence with nice private pool and beach. We loved it! The apartment itself was also great. The whole interior was exactly like shown on the pictures. Plus, each sleeping room has its own bathroom, what we didn’t expected. Check-in and check-out were completely uncomplicated and easy. We didn’t have any problems during our stay but we got more than one email by Qstay asking us if we need anything, if everything is great and if we are enjoying our time. So, there was a nice communication with Qstay what gave us a good feeling – just in case we needed any help.

Pros: Great place! Super handy location: private clean beach, lots of sun loungers, and nice pools. West Beach has many cafés and bars with sunset views — perfect for a drink. We went to Nakheel Mall for coffee and groceries. For romance, walk the promenade and visit The View at The Palm for city views. Small request: add a couple of hooks in the bathroom for beach items. Otherwise, it’s perfect for a relaxed couples’ stay — beach close by, gym, spa, and plenty of restaurants on the Palm. We’ll be back.
